The Reptilian Alien Agenda!
I have spoken to many people, lately, who feel it is time for those of us, who have experienced, encounters with Off World Beings, or Space Aliens, to come forward, and tell what we have seen. I know, I know, you're all laughing! Well, to those serious investigators, it's no laughing matter! Come on people, will these ships have to land in your back yard before you understand that the Earth is being invaded by other Life Forms? Report after report, goes on daily. Is it a mass hallucination? Are UFO's all Stealth Bombers, Plays of Light, Fairies in the Fields? What of the thousands of book written about this subject? Are all these people simply making it up?

I have, for some time now, been receiving visions, of the Reptile like Beings, spoken about by David Icke, just to mention one well known author. I have now written to Di of Prep 200 yahoo group, and told some of what I know. I will post what I have written, as follows;

Some of the Reptile Beings, are not even sure that what they do is, a
negative factor in human development. From what I have seen, these Aliens have a
political agenda, just as many in powerful positions do, on Earth. Many times when
I am 'seeing' my visions, I feel that the scene is actually happening, as I
watch. I know that there are ships, at times, if not most of the time, 'Parked'
within viewing range of Earth. These ships are enormous and are nearly like
Worlds, unto themselves. Whole generations live upon these ships. I suspect
from what I have learned, that there are now many humans on board these same
ships, already! These are the same humans that are being told, that they cannot go
back to Earth for 100 years. The humans, are living in a separate community.
I know the humans have a so called diplomatic representative, that the Aliens
were in contact with for many years before, this man came to live upon the
huge ship. The Reptiles placed him as a representative, to show good faith for
our so called, plight, but he is simply as manipulated, as all the other humans.
Only a few of the humans know what is truly going on in the labs. The Aliens
are also very interested in Psychic Humans, and a special blood type. I get
the feeling it has something to do with the Negative RH factor. I'm not sure.

When the initial 'Pick Up' or 'Rescue' begins fully, for the Aliens, the
humans will be asked to step into a specific area, in order to be transported
to the ships. At first the Scientists and those who have already been in
contact with the Aliens, will be approached, and uploaded. Before transport, the
aliens will have us take some sort of medication, I think in pill form but
possible something else. This will 'Mark' the humans, as they arrive upon the ships,
as 'Tame.' They will clearly be able to 'screen' any human who has taken this
substance, before transport. After arrival upon these ships, each human will
be asked to have an examination. It will be a sort of assembly line. The
Aliens will tell us it is to protect them and us, from any contagion. Some humans
will be asked to use a machine that looks sort of like a video game. This will
test our Psychic abilities, and special talents. They do wish to experiment
upon those who are Psychic, so that they may better understand how we developed,
or so it seems to me. The 'Lesser' humans, or those they feel are slowly
developed in intelligence or capabilities, will be used in other experiments,
hidden from view, never to be seen again.
Next, the humans are assigned living quarters, in a separate community, from
the Reptiles. There will be customary once a month, diplomatic meeting, with
the human diplomat, but this is laughable, in the higher Reptile circles, as it
is just a farce.

Most of the aliens that work with humans, try to keep the human looking
'shield,' upon their forms, as this helps to calm the humans, and it makes the
aliens look less threatening. When the aliens speak to each other and they do not
wish the Humans to understand what they are saying, they break into the
'clicking like communication' that is more natural for them. Some of the Aliens, use
telepathy, I feel, but many of these types, are simply incapable of doing so.
These same Reptile like Beings, eat most Live food.

Reptilian humanoids are intelligent, supernatural, or highly developed reptile-like humanoids in mythology, popular fiction, and speculative fringe theories. They also appear in some conspiracy theories, most notably those of David Icke, and in science fiction. Some authors refer to them as reptoids, dinosauroids or lizardmen.

Similarly to the other cryptids, no one has produced proof of the existence of reptilian humanoids, and allegations of their existence can at best be referred to as cryptozoology or pseudoscience.
Mythological references to reptilian humanoids

Several ancient peoples all over the world have described reptilian beings, and some have described reptilian humanoids. Common in numerous mythologies are tales of reptilian creatures (usually not humanoid) who are hostile to human beings. Also rather common are the myths of "Serpents of Wisdom" who enlightened humanity before the dawn of civilization; but it has been noted by mythologists that here "serpent" may only have been used to symbolize strangeness.
The Americas

The Mayan god Gucumatz was described as a "serpent of wisdom" who enlightened humankind, as was his Aztec counterpart Quetzalcoatl.

The Hopi refer to a race of reptilians called the Sheti, or "Snake-Brothers", who live underground. The Cherokee and other Native American peoples also refer to reptilian races.

In pre-columbian mythology from Colombia, Bachue (the primordial woman) transformed into a big snake. She is also sometimes called the "Celestial Snake" (Serpiente Celestial).
Europe

Cecrops, the legendary first King of Athens was said to have been half man, half snake. The ancient Titans and Gigantes were sometimes depicted as winged man-like beings with serpents instead of legs, for example on a fresco on a temple in Pergamum. In these images from Pergamum, some of which depict the gigantomachy, one sees the giant Klyteios with huge serpents in place of legs.[1]

Boreas (Aquilon to the Romans) was the Greek god of the cold north wind, described by Pausanias as a winged man with serpents for legs.[2]

The European dragon dates back to ancient depictions on various archaeological artifacts. An early instance in literature was the dragon that guarded the Golden Fleece in the Voyage of the Argonauts. In the Middle Ages, tales of dragons seem to have become even more common. The dragon in Europe, as a rule, was not conceived as having a humanoid form, and would not qualify as an instance of a reptilian humanoid unless explicitly described as humanoid.

In the middle ages down to modern times, the Devil was often conceived as a humanoid with reptilian characteristics, as were demons in general. The serpent from the Garden of Eden, associated by Christians with Satan, is often portrayed in Western art as a humanoid (woman) with a snake's tail, and sometimes lizard-like feet, as in a detail from Bosch's Last Judgement.[3]
India

In Indian scriptures and legends the Naga (Devnagri: नाग) are reptilian beings said to live underground and interact with human beings on the surface. In some versions, these beings were said to have once lived on a continent in the Pacific Ocean that sank beneath the waves. Indian texts also refer to a reptilian race called the "Sarpa" (Devnagri: सर्प). The Syrictæ (Greek : Skiritai, Latin: Sciritae) of India were a tribe of men with snake-like nostrils in place of noses and bandy serpentine legs.
East Asia

The Chinese, Korean and Japanese speak throughout their history of Lóng (Yong in Korean) or dragons, conceived of in both physical and non-physical forms, but rarely depicted in humanoid form, though they may assume a non-reptilian human form.[4] The Japanese have tales of Kappa, a basically reptilian humanoid.

In China, Korea and Japan, underwater realms where the Dragon Kings and their descendants live are referred to, as well as the lineage of humans from a race of dragons. This lineage was often claimed by Asian Emperors, who were believed to be able to change from human to dragon form at will, much like the modern concept of shape-shifting reptilians. It should be noted, however, that the dragon is seen as good rather than evil in Eastern tradition.[5]
Middle East

In the Middle East, reptilian beings ranging from certain Jinn to dragons and serpent-men have been spoken of since ancient times. In one of the apocryphal books purporting to be the lost Book of Jasher, a serpent race is described.
Africa

In Africa, the shamans claim to bear extensive esoteric knowledge of a race of reptilians called the Chitahuri, whom they say control the Earth. They also claim to have accounts of a reptilian race who created blacks and used them to work their gold mines, extremely similar to the accounts allegedly described in the Sumerian tablets.

The ancient Egyptian god Sobek was portrayed as a man with the head of a crocodile.
Modern claims

Even in modern times, some claim to have encountered reptilian humanoids. In many of these cases, a UFO is part of the encounter; alien abduction narratives sometimes allege contact with reptilian creatures.

Ashland, Nebraska police officer Herbert Schirmer on December 3, 1967 claims to have been taken aboard a UFO that appeared just outside of Ashland, where he encountered humanoid beings, 4 feet 6 inches to 5 feet tall, who wore close-fitting silvery gray uniforms, boots and gloves. Their heads were thin, and longer than a human head. The skin on their faces was grey-white, the nose flat, the mouth merely a slit which did not move, even when they spoke. Their eyes were slightly slanted. While not especially reptilian, the beings bore a "winged serpent" emblem on the left side of their chest. Schirmer alleged that the beings are from another galaxy, and have bases on earth. [6]

Lizard men have allegedly been seen in India, Superstition Mountains (Arizona), "Dulce Base" (New Mexico), and Mount Shasta (California). In addition, lizardmen-human hybrids carrying staves have been spotted in India and Mount Shasta.

Inspired by his highly publicized, multiple witness UFO contact which took place in Seattle Washington, September 5th 1987 at 11:35 p.m.,[citation needed] Purple Crow created COHRA, the Council On Human-Reptilian Allegiance (founded in 1987 when he first began public speaking about his ongoing encounters), where he and others present many reptoid contact cases that have taken place throughout history as evidence that not all aliens come from distant worlds or are anything new to the planet Earth. Purple works with many other UFO investigators and exopolitical researchers worldwide [citation needed] in presenting his case for peace between a species that he claims already lives amongst us. He states that the human species is a hybrid race with mixed blood from assorted “ancient gods”, many of which are recorded as reptilian in appearance (Such as reported in the Ancient Sumerian texts, the Indian vedas, the Mexican Acambaro figurines, the Dead sea scrolls, etc). Purple is of the Welsh, Irish, Scottish, English (WISE) Celtic/Druid lineage. He claims to have physical "hybrid scales" (the "badge of the ancient priests") somewhere on his body, which he only shows his most trusted friends. Purple has been quoted by David Icke in the book Children of the Matrix regarding the diverse attitudes of different species and groups of aliens, whether Reptilian in appearance or otherwise. COHRA is his attempt to prepare the population for impending global contact, focusing on reptilian related contact encounters inspired by his own hybrid bloodline and ongoing contacts.

Riley Martin, author of The Coming of Tan and frequent guest of Howard Stern and Coast to Coast AM, claims personal knowledge of Targzissians, a malevolent race of reptilians who manage to coexist with six other types of aliens on a mother ship near Saturn.[7]

According to an interview with David Icke, [8] Christine Fitzgerald, a confidante of Diana, Princess of Wales, claims that Diana told her that the Royal Family were Reptilian aliens, and that they could shapeshift. David Icke and others have claimed that U.S. President George W. Bush and his family are part of this same bloodline. (Icke, 2004)

John Rhodes was the first person to seriously investigate and publically present other people's claims of reptilian-humanoid contact. He established the Reptoids.com Research Center in 1997 to collect, review and present evidence of reptoid activity. Rhodes contends that reptoids are descendants of the dinosaurs and are biological byproducts of Earth evolution. He also reports that conspiracy advocates demonize reptoids because they are an 'easy' sell to an audience that has been conditioned by religious authorities to react negatively to a reptile image.

David Icke claims that people see reptilian humanoids and that reptilian species are the force behind a worldwide conspiracy directed at manipulation and control of humanity. According to Icke, one type of reptilian entity that people see during alleged encounters resembles dinosauroids. Icke theorizes that the reptilians came here from the constellation Draco. Like most conspiracy theories, falsification of Icke's hypotheses is nearly impossible, but Icke continues to sell books and give speaking engagements based on concepts ranging from the New Age to his political opinions.

Cathy O'Brien, who claims to be a victim of CIA MKULTRA mind-control, says in her book "trance-formation of America" (with Mark Phillips) that she witnessed (among others) George Bush physically shapeshift into a Reptilian alien being. She rationalised this as potentially being a holographic illusion as part of her mind control programming.

Paul Shockley, a self-professed psychic, also speaks of malevolent reptilian beings. However, he explains that he does not believe that all reptilians are malevolent, and that there are benevolent members of this species as well.

Patrick Bellringer and other supporters of NESARA also claim that George Bush is a reptilian. In this scenario, the announcement and implementation of NESARA (a law passed in secret) will ultimately end reptilian control over the planet Earth.

Reptilian humanoid aliens figured prominently in the 2003 murder trial of Linda Henning who was eventually convicted of murdering her boyfriends ex-wife, Girly Chew Hossencofft. The trial was covered by Court TV, providing national exposure to the consipracy theories involving such creatures. Henning allegedly believed or was told by co-conspirator Diazien Hossencofft that Girly's killing would serve as good practice for the upcoming showdown with the reptilians. Familiar themes of the Bush Family reptilian connection surfaced in evidence seized in connection with the trial. Both Henning and Hossencofft are serving life sentences.

Zecharia Sitchin, an amateur Assyriologist, claims to have translated Sumerian tablets referring to an alien race which created a race of humans to work as slaves in their mines in Africa. This race is called the Anunnaki (or Abbennakki), and it is specifically stated that the "Black-headed" people of Sumeria were created by these beings by mingling the "life-essences" of "man and beast", often depicting an ape-like creature as the "beast". The "Black-headed people" were considered slaves in the Sumerian caste hierarchy. The Sumerian Tablets refer to the creation of the Black-headed people in the geographical area called 'AB.ZU.', which is said to correspond to West Africa.

The royalty was said to be a combination between "Dragons" and humans, or to be direct descendants of the Sun God, Shamhash. Contrary to the claims of David Icke, the Draconian Sun-God aspect of the royalty does not correspond to the Anunnaki, but to a different set of gods. Anunnaki comprised only 23 gods in the Sumerian pantheon, including Enlil (lord of agriculture) and Enki (lord of life). Other gods were not Anunnaki at all, but were personifications of the Sun, or what were described as 'Sir', or Dragons, in Babylonian. This word, 'Sir', also apparently meant 'great serpent', and is related to the Sanskrit word 'Sarpa', which was also used to describe great "Dragon-Gods" who ruled over, and created, the original Dravidian culture.

Sitchin also suggests that the Annunaki probably still exist in some form or another, with some degree of influence over humanity. These beings are speculated to be either amphibious, reptilian, or quasi-reptilian, from ancient description.

According to Arizona Wilder, who claims to be a former mind-controlled subject of MK-Ultra (much like Cathy O'Brien), Zecharia Sitchin is in league with the reptilians as a disinformation agent. She claims to have seen him with other shape-shifting reptilians at many high level functions attended by the world's "elite".

Laurence Gardner, historian and holder of many other titles (the validity of which have been debated), claims that a "Dragon Bloodline", a "Holy Graal", was created in ancient Sumeria when reptilian aliens called "Anunnakki" descended upon the region and created a royal bloodline through genetic engineering.

Stewart Swerdlow, a self-professed mentalist, claims to possess extensive knowledge of alien intervention in Earth-human society, and describes in detail the activities of a Reptilian race called the Draco, originating in the Draco star system. He also mentions a more benevolent Reptilian race called the Abbennakki, which, he says, created the Black race in Africa. He claims that this is supported by ancient Sumerian tablets, as well as the histories of the indigenous peoples of Africa, such as the Zulu, as well as physical evidence such as ancient mines which have been discovered by the Anglo American Corporation, dating to 60,000 years B.C.
Popular writings about reptilian humanoids

Philip K. Dick, a science fiction writer, in his book, VALIS, wrote about contact with three-eyed amphibious beings from Sirius and their connection to the Soviets and the Illuminati. Dick claimed to have connected these creatures to the Nommo, a race of amphibious deities worshipped by the Dogon tribe of Mali. It is a subject of some debate as to whether or not Dick was suffering from temporal lobe epilepsy. His wife allegedly claimed that he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at one point in his life. It has been theorised that his reptilian beliefs were due to a brain disorder, the ingestion of painkillers, or his fondness for methamphetamine and entheogens.

Tom Robbins also included the reptilian theory in his fictonal novel Half Asleep in Frog Pajamas. Incredibile historical ties and an amazing amount of backstory lead the reader through the entire gambit of reptilian lore, including the Dogon tribe, the Nommo, the being or beings known as Oannes, and the actual biological vestiges of fingers in dolphin fins. While it is unclear as to the personal beliefs of the author, such a mountain of real-world data on the subject of reptilian (or amphibian, in this case) alien interlopers makes one wonder if the book is meant to be a manifesto sotto voce.

Robert Anton Wilson writes about the Illuminati in the Illuminatus trilogy and other books. The book Cosmic Trigger I: Final Secret of the Illuminati describes his drug-induced experiences with three-eyed beings from Sirius. He is known for stating various forms of conspiracy theory (he also claims to be a high-level initiate of Aleister Crowley's Ordo Templi Orientis).

Timothy Leary also claimed to have contact with three-eyed beings from Sirius.

Timothy Leary, Robert Anton Wilson and Philip K. Dick all have called themselves Pythagoreans.

In the science fiction television series V, Earth was taken over by reptilian aliens who wear artificial skins to pass as humans.

The popular Marvel comic The Ultimates, written by Mark Millar, used a conspiracy of shapeshifting alien reptiles as the primary villains of the 'Homeland Security' arc (issues #7-13). Millar admits this idea was based on the beliefs of David Icke.

Robert Howard, popularly known for his Conan stories, wrote a short story The Shadow Kingdom, which featured shape changing reptilian organisms. They could and did pass as hominids in the imaginary kingdom of Valusia. This was necessitated by the bigoted Valusians discrimination against Reptilian-Valusians. This story was published in Weird Tales, August 1929, and republished in the collection King Kull, 1967 by Lancer Books.
Conspiracy theories

There are many conspiracy theories centered around, or at least involving, extraterrestrials of reptilian lineage. Many of these posit that the so-called Greys are in fact reptiles, and should be categorized as "Reptoids".

David Icke claims, based on his exploration of genealogical connections to European royalty, that many presidents of the United States have been reptilian humanoids. In his view, United States foreign policy after September 11 is the product of a reptilian conspiracy to enslave humanity, with George W. Bush as its key player. (See also Bush family conspiracy theory.) Some have also claimed that Reptoids are capable of shape-shifting.

Some conspiracy theorists claim to have worked out a "dichotomy of axes" involved in hypothetical interplanetary and intergalactic conflict, and place the reptilians in an evil "Draconian" "axis", while humans are one of the species that belongs in an opposing "Evadamic" "axis". Several other entities and parties have been placed into this conspiracy theory, with some players who switch allegiances between Draconian and Evadamic.

A subterranean Nazi-friendly super race is sometimes associated with accounts of reptilian humanoids, and also with the telekinetic super race depicted in Vril: The Power of the Coming Race.
Political references to reptilians

An article appeared in the Chicago Tribune on March 1, 1995, regarding an event in which George Bushnell, head of the American Bar Association, called the Republicans "reptilian bastards". Quote from the article: "The atmosphere in the litigation debate is getting as poisonous as the atmosphere in, well, litigation itself. Eighty-two House members have now called on George Bushnell, Jr., president of the 370,000-lawyer American Bar Association, to resign after he described the Republican leadership of Congress as "those reptilian bastards."[9] While there is no evidence that Bushnell used the term "reptilian" to mean anything other than "reptile-like", this quote is significant in light of the conspiracy theories regarding reptilians in government. (Regular contributors to the site Little Green Footballs sometimes refer to themselves as "lizardoid minions", perhaps as a counter to the pejorative tone of Bushnell's article.)

On September 12, 2003, during the provincial election campaign in Ontario, Canada, a press release disseminated by the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party contained a line at the end that referred to rival Ontario Liberal Party leader Dalton McGuinty as an evil reptilian kitten-eater from another planet. Presumably, the release was not intended seriously, but did no good for the Conservative party campaign.

What would have happened if the asteroid that supposedly hit the Earth at the end of the Cretaceous period (see Cretaceous-Tertiary Boundary), 65 million years ago, had missed? One possibility is that the dinosaurs would not have become extinct, advanced mammals would subsequently not have appeared, and some of the descendants of dinosaurs might have evolved to become intelligent in our place. It's clear that some of the dinosaurs were getting smarter at the time the asteroid hit the Yucatan and handed the gauntlet to the mammals (fortunately for us). One of the brainiest dinosaurs we know about at the
end of the Cretaceous was Troodon (a.k.a. Stenonychosaurus inequalis) a 1.2-m-tall, 70-kg carnivorous dinosaur with perhaps the intelligence of an opossum. What if Troodon had survived and continued to evolve and get brainier? In the early 1980s, paleontologist Dale Russell, curator of vertebrate fossils at the National Museums of Canada, in Ottowa, explored this possibility;1 for more on Russell go here (DinoData). Had the dinosaurs survived, argued Russell, and a species like Troodon grown smarter, it would eventually have needed to stand upright to balance its heavy head. A shoulder structure would have evolved to allow the "dinosauroid" to throw objects. Projecting how other characteristics of this species might have developed he came up with a model of a large-brained, reptilian biped with enormous eyes, three-fingered hands, an absence of external genitalia (typical of reptiles), and a navel (since a placenta is found in some modern reptiles and may have been needed to enable the birth of young with big brain cases).

Was Troodon the last word on dinosaur intelligence or are there fossils of even smarter species waiting to be found? Visit this website for a cogently argued case that some dinosaurs may have got to be really brainy – to the point of hominid intelligence. We've no evidence for this, of course, but it isn't such an outrageous hypothesis. At least, it's an interesting point when thinking about alternative evolutionary scenarios. The dinosaurs were around for a very long time – from about 225 to 65 million years ago. Consider how far mammals have progressed since the end of the Cretaceous (a period less than half as long): from creeping around in trees to launching Jupiter probes! Consider how rapidly humanoid intelligence has advanced in the past 3 million years.

Dinosaurs certainly had time to grow big brains and even develop a culture and civilization. Did they? Probably not, but it isn't out of the question. After all, what clues will be left to our own civilization and technology after 65 million years of erosion and earth movements? In the Star Trek Voyager episode "Distant Origin", a sentient race of space-faring dinosaurs on the far side of the Galaxy discover they may have originated on Earth (see picture at lower right from this show). Also in science fiction, Harry Harrison explored the consequences of saurian intelligence in his West of Eden series.

The Cryptid Zoo: Reptilian Bipeds (or Reptoids)

Are lizard men too weird for cryptozoology? Almost. Humanoids with animal characteristics, sometimes called manimals, are reported quite frequently in the literature of cryptozoology and anomalous phenomena. The most famous of these is Bigfoot, who appears to be somewhere between ape and man. The most heavily studied humanoids in cryptozoology all look like cousins of Bigfoot. In other words, they seem like they could be undiscovered primates, or perhaps even primitive humans.

But not every legendary humanoid is as normal as Bigfoot. Reptile people are one of the weirder varieties. Although far less common than Bigfoot sightings, these reptilian manimals have still caught the interest of investigators. They are often linked with both ancient legends of dragons and the modern alien abduction fad. These reptile people are generally called reptilian bipeds, reptilians, or reptoids.

Whenever these beings are interpreted as aliens, demons or shapeshifters, they tend to be of less interest to cryptozoologists. When they are interpreted as dragons or earthly animals of some sort, they become slightly more interesting to cryptozoologists. In either case, there is not a great deal of interest in reptoids in the mainstream cryptozoology community. Most of the stuff being written about reptoids comes from fringe cryptozoologists, UFO researchers and paranormal investigators.

Still, despite the sheer weirdness of reptoids, or maybe because of it, there are quite a lot of sightings. The sheer volume of eyewitness reports has sometimes caused mainstream cryptozoologists to look into the problem, trying to find an explanation. Just like the case with hairy humanoids, reptilian humanoids can boast of a long pedigree in folklore and mythology in addition to the modern sightings. Widespread Asian lore tells of Nagas, royal snake people. Japanese lore tells about a type of humanoid combining reptile and primate anatomy, called the kappa. And the list can go on seemingly forever. Dragon people, snake people and lizard people can be found in just about every culture's mythology, if you dig deep enough.

Many of these legends describe reptilian humanoids as living underground or having a strong connection to the water, as do some modern reports. This has led some cryptozoologists to classify reptoids with mermaids and mermen, sometimes using the aquatic ape theory. Other theories describe reptoids as intelligent descendants of the dinosaurs. This intelligent dinosauroid theory is often combined with other highly fringe ideas, suggesting that human history has been guided all along by quasi-sinister reptilian overlords who genetically engineered humans.

In fact, the idea that reptoids secretly rule the world is widespread, well outside the intelligent dinosauroid theory or anything else that can pass as normal cryptozoology. Paranormal investigators who believe in reptoids tend to paint them as the original demons, scarier than any religious mythology. These demons are sometimes defined in quasi-religious, quasi-supernatural terms, often as inhabitants of an alternate dimension of reality.

In short, it is possible to start the study of reptoids well within the confines of cryptozoology, but it is hard to keep reptoids there. Reptoids are just a bit too fringe, even for a scientific disipline like cryptozoology that is often considered to be part of fringe science.

Zacherle Hoag Interview with Sherry Shriner: Alien Agenda and the New World Order

Q: First what is your basic theory as to what is
going on in the world right now?

A. There are two different civilizations fighting it out for world domination and control of the earth. The humans and the aliens. The humans establishing the New World Order are divided themselves into various lesser factions within the families of this alien group called the Illuminati. It is the Illuminati itself, run and overseen by a Council of Aliens who pull the strings of these alien-hybrid families and have them establishing and implementing this political agenda called the New World Order. When the aliens are through having their hybrid children pave the way for them through this NWO they will ascend to earth and take over rule for themselves through their leader, whom we call the Antichrist.

Q: What are the different types of alien races that you have uncovered in your research?

A. There are approximately 57 different races that have been identified and there could be more. However there are really just two main groups of them of which all of these races fall into. The Enki and the Enlil. Regardless of what disinformation is given on these two groups, it breaks down to this: The Enki are all of the fallen angels who rebelled with Lucifer and were cast out of heaven. Part of their judgment for doing so was that they lost their angelic looks. That's why there's so many various ugly alien races, because they lost their angelic looks. The non-human looking alien races are the Enki. The Enlil are the Watchers who left heaven and came to earth to procreate with human women (Gen. 6:4). They fell before the flood and after. The Watchers never lost their angelic looks and look humanoid, in other words like humans. The Enlil are very tall with some being over 9 feet tall. The average is probably 7 feet. The children they had with human women were born giants, such as Goliath who was 9 and a half feet tall. Common names for the Enlil today are the Annunaki, Nephilim, Nordics, etc.

Q: Who are the Annunaki?
A. The Annunaki from ancient Sumerian times are known as "those who from heaven came to earth." They lie about who they are and proclaim they are our ancestors who created us and then left planet Earth and that they are now returning to help us clean up the mess we've made of our environment. The Bible says they are the angels who rebelled and left heaven to procreate with human women producing giants as children. The ancient prophet Enoch details them very well in his book, Enoch, in chapter 10. The mixing and contamination of human DNA with fallen angels was so dominant that there were only 8 people left with pure human DNA so the Lord destroyed the world with a flood. Even after the flood the fall of angels from heaven continued and many cities were built by these giant offspring. Eventually, the Israelites led by Joshua and Caleb destroyed these cities and ended the domination of giants as the Israelites conquered the land "flowing with milk and honey" for themselves after their exodus from Egypt.

Q: There is a lot of talk about a treaty that the government made with aliens. What exactly is the story there?
A. There is evidence that indicates President Eisenhower met with a group of tall Grey aliens at Edwards Air Force base in 1954 in which a formal treaty was signed between the United States Government and this alien nation. Since then many additional treaties have been signed with them including the stipulation that our government would deny the existence of aliens and UFOs in our air space. Within these treaties it is agreed that alien technology would be given to our government in exchange for silence and denial while these same aliens slaughter our animals and abduct American citizens for breeding, experiments, and to be eaten for food.

Q: How does alien/human hybriding tie in to all of this?
A. The aliens allegedly lied to our government claiming their race was dying and they only needed a limited number of humans (Americans) to experiment on to be able to help them keep their own race alive. In reality, they have abducted hundreds of thousands of citizens using them for breeding, cross-breeding, DNA contamination, and food. The aliens eat humans. At the same time they have been able to successfully cross-breed alien genes with human genes creating their own hybrid race that we refer to as Star children or Indigo children. Zechariah Sitchin, Dr. Richard Boylan and others will spread disinformation to keep the real truth from being told as to what these children really are and where they are really from. Just as they do about the aliens themselves.

Q: How do aliens possess human bodies?
A. Aliens can possess human bodies through a changing of human DNA. This is why so much information has come out in regards to rituals and blood drinking. This changes regular human DNA into a more palatable form for aliens to be able to walk in and possess a human body. Human DNA can also be changed, or tweaked through strict vegetarian dieting or even natural medicines that change amino-based DNA into a more crystalline DNA. I don't understand all the technicalities of how they do it, but this is a general understanding of it. One of the more obvious characteristics of an alien-possessed human is the black soul-less eyes, or eyes that don't reflect light off their pupils.

Q: What is Planet X and how does it figure into things?
A. Planet X is an ancient planet formerly called Rahab that was cast out of our solar system. Rahab was the former seat and home of Lucifer. When Lucifer rebelled against the Lord part of the immediate judgment against him was losing his home. It was destroyed by hailstones of fire and cast out of our solar system. During the judgment and pounding of hailstones against it the planet's inhabitants were forced to flee to the hollow inside of the hollow planet. It has been the prison of these inhabitants since. In the last days when Lucifer comes to power as the Biblical Antichrist those locked up inside this planet will be loosed and allowed to ascend to earth to help him conquer and control the earth under his power. As this Planet X comes increasingly closer not only will its arrival cause mass destruction from the gravitational pull it will cause on earth but it signals the impending arrival of Lucifer as well since they are part of his forces that will help him maintain control of the earth.

Q: Do the theories of “hollow earth” tie in with all this?
A. Most if not all of the planets and luminaries of our solar system are hollow. The hollow earth contains many terrestrial-alien bases and underground cities. As well as many human underground bases and cities that our military and shadow government of the New World Order have built. Aliens are not extra-terrestrial beings. They are terrestrial beings that inhabit our solar system within the first and second heavens and our subterranean earth. Hell is also located deep within the hollow earth that contains the souls of all those who died and rejected Jesus-Yahushua as their Savior. Many of these subterranean alien races will come to the surface when Lucifer comes to power on earth.

Q: What is the Dulce Base and what can you tell us a little bit about the Dulce Base?
A. The Dulce Base is a major underground grey alien base located under an Indian reservation in Dulce, New Mexico. It is also a major hub for the underground shuttle system that criss-crosses under America and connects all the underground bases together from one side of our country to the other. There are seven known levels of this base, a virtual underground city that is alleged to be the size of Manhattan, and seven levels deep. These levels are not measured as we would measure a 7 story building. Each level could be 100, or 200 feet or higher in height alone, while perhaps others are smaller. These bases such as Dulce go down for several miles within the earth and contain many miles of space within them. Q: Some conspiracy theorists have said that the alien conspiracy is manufactured disinfo and that alien abductions are actually just mind control scenarios. How do you feel about this?
A. Well there are many agendas at work to release information, discredit information, and confuse the whole alien-UFO issue so people don't know what to think. Project Blue Book was established not to seriously gather and investigate claims of UFO and alien sightings, but to gather all the information they could just so they could publicly discredit it. Project Yellow Book was the real project investigating the claims made. There are real UFO and alien sightings just as there are military manufactured ones to discredit the real ones. William Cooper caught on to how both scenarios and agendas were working together to deceive the public. Our government owns their own UFO fleet piloted by NSA and DIA pilots and they will also masquerade as aliens to implement their own black agendas.

Q: Who are the Illuminati?
A. The Illuminati are what they call themselves the "illuminated or enlightened ones." They are aliens, i.e. fallen angels posing as our creators and forefathers. They control the earth behind the scenes via an Illuminati Council. Their children, the hybrid 13 Illuminati bloodline families, what they refer to as the "elite" bloodlines, answer to the Council and follow their orders in implementing the New World Order on earth. Q: Why are bloodlines so important to these people?
A. The specific bloodlines of the Illuminati hybrid families have been preserved through inter-marrying over the ages. Instead of trying to keep alien and DNA contamination out of their bloodlines they work to keep pure human DNA from entering into their bloodlines. Those in these families are born with a specific alien DNA that can be activated through ritual and blood drinking to allow for the alien possession of their bodies. The aliens can literally possess their bodies. This possession allows these humans to shape-shift and be controlled by the aliens themselves. These bloodlines are not controlled by the Grey aliens but the lizard type known as the Reptilians. Many people such as Arizona Wilder, Cathy O'Brien, and Bryce Taylor have seen people from these bloodline families such as George Bush Sr., Dick Cheney, Al Gore, Queen Elizabeth, and others shapeshift into Reptilians. It is not "humans" that run our governments.

Q: There is a lot of speculation concerning possible reptilian bloodlines being the driving force behind the NWO. Could you go into to this a little and talk a little bit about the shapeshifting presidents.
A. The Bible says that Satan is the prince and the power of the air, that he can transform (morph, shapeshift) into an angel of light. Satan rules both factions, the Enki and the Enlil. He can shapeshift into an Enlil, his old angelic form and look 'heavenly' and humanoid. In fact Maitreya, Sananda, St. Germaine, all of these Ascended Masters coming out of the New Age crowd are tall grey aliens who shapeshift into humanoid Enlils. You can read about it at my website http://www.nesarasucks.com It is these beings who play being anti-NWO that are indeed the ones working with the Illuminati Council to establish the NWO here, then they'll replace the NWO with themselves as they ascend to earth and work with Satan/Lucifer to deceive the world that Satan-Sananda is "God." All of the governments on earth implementing and establishing the NWO agenda are mere pawns of these aliens who control them through the Illuminati Council. And you will also find that those in power of world governments are all inter-connected through Illuminati bloodline families. If you look at America's history, almost all of our presidents are related minus maybe three of them. They all carried and carry alien-DNA.

Q: You believe that the Jesuits are major players in the globalist/antichrist conspiracy. Just what is the extent of the Jesuits and Count Peter Hans Kolvenbach’s (Superior General of the Society of Jesus) power?
A. The Jesuits are the right arm of Satan in running and controlling the religions and governments of this world. The Black Pope, Peter Hans Kolvenbach is Satan's right hand man who rules over and directs the Jesuits. The Vatican is Satan's seat on Earth. It is not the position of the white pope, or the pope we see, such as Pope Ratzinger that has the real power in the Vatican, the real power comes from a position hidden away from public view that rules over and controls the white pope and that is the position known as the black pope. And that is the position Peter Hans Kolvenbach holds today. It is the Black Pope that controls and rules over the Jesuits, and thus all the intelligence agencies and governments around the world are under his control. Even in religion and those in powerful and influential religious positions such as Billy Graham, Benny Hinn, Pat Robertson, Kenneth Copeland, Robert Schuller and many others in these positions of power and influence are secretly Jesuits or high ranking Masons who answer to the Vatican.

Q: In the realm of conspiracy theories the biggest is probably the JFK assassination. Why do you believe JFK was assassinated?
A. There are several interesting reasons as to why JFK was assassinated. Some people believe it was because he wanted to end the Vietnam War (which was being directed by the Vatican because the Vietnamese didn't want Catholicism there), another being that he wanted a full UFO and alien disclosure (which was being hidden by the shadow government), he also wanted a restructuring perhaps complete elimination of the CIA. But the one I find interesting and that is never talked about is the fact that Kennedy wanted Fidel Castro assassinated. He ordered the Bay of Pigs invasion which was set up by the CIA and military but at the same time the CIA had trained a group of Cuban fighters to fight against the incoming Bay of Pigs invasion, which is why the invasion was a failure. Not to mention the fact that it was the Mafia that was hired (out of Chicago) to assassinate Castro and they could never seemingly get the job done because the Mafia itself didn't want to eliminate Castro. But the job that did get done was Kennedy's own death. Our CIA (and Mafia) was protecting Fidel Castro..instead of eliminating him they eliminated Kennedy who kept insisting Castro be assassinated. Interesting isn't it? After all, with the NWO coming into play even back then it is a communistic-fascist order that dominates it, not democracy. That's why it's often referred to as the 4th Reich. The chief of our own Department of Homeland Security is ex-KGB. It is former KGB agents now in top positions in America who designed the impending National ID cards and the system by which they will be used. It is a Russian General in charge of all military troops in the United Nations. Kennedy was to American and to Democratic for the evil ills of the New World Order and he wasn't going to be bullied by them or the Vatican and that's why I believe they killed him.

Q: Could you tell us how you became interested in bible codes?
A. The Lord led me into the codes several years ago. I had no idea why at the time I just kept feeling led to buy the software. Finally I bought the software and thought for sure I would never learn how to use it. It's complicated. But the Lord led me to others who could answer questions and help me out and He also led me Himself on how to operate it and understand not only what I was doing, but how to interpret what I was finding and how to analyze it. I realized along the way that with the skill I had developed in working the software that I could easily debunk false codes that were being promoted as truth. The whole Da Vinci Code and Holy Grail stuff that was coming out was a bunch of Illuminati and NWO lies and disinfo and they were trying to use the codes to prove their lies were truth. I used the same codes to show and prove why they weren't and how they did the codes wrong to begin with in trying to justify their blasphemies and lies. I can prove or disprove any code and find the real truth. I'm one of the best at the codes and they know it. That's why they try to discredit the codes, or even me, because they know I can beat them at their own games upholding the truth of the Bible and the codes. People say the codes are from Satan, all I can ask is, how did Satan know the beginning from the end of time and how did he get his hands on God's Word to encode it if it was inspired by God? The codes prove God is who He said He is and that He is the Alpha and the Omega. That He does know the end from the beginning. The Bible is either inspired or it isn't. It's either from the devil or it's from God. Just because some have erred in their interpretations of the codes doesn't mean the codes aren't valid. They just weren't interpreting them correctly to begin with.

Q: How did you become involved in Reverse Speech and has it helped you in your journey for the truth?
A. I got interested in Reverse Speech after having met Peggy Kane and having her on my radio show to reveal and discuss her findings. I was fascinated by it. It was a whole new area and even a weapon to use in exposing the lies and revealing the truth of what's really going on with people and even our government today. The founder, David Oates just has a remarkable technology in his hands. I haven't had as much time as I would like to spend on it, but what I have been able to find with it just clarifies and confirms things or even brings greater things to light that you weren't fully aware of before.

Q: What is the Book of Enoch and why is it suppressed by the church?
A. The Book of Enoch was originally included in the Apocrypha and also even the original KJV Ethiopian version. But it was never included in the Protestant-American KJV version. Even though Enoch is made reference to several times and the church itself acknowledges him as a great prophet and patriarch of its own history and genealogy. At the same time most people will admit they don't know anything about him and that's because they excluded the Book of Enoch from the Bible. Enoch wrote 365 books. Where are they? Why aren't they, or even one of them in our Bible? Because the Vatican didn't want it included. The Vatican wanted to leave the church(s) in the dark about our past and what the days were really like in the days of Noah. They hid our past so we wouldn't recognize what's coming in our future. Jesus-Yahushua said the last days would be as "the days of Noah" and most of the churches just believe a general time of sin and wickedness. They have no idea what the real and whole truth is. UFOs, alien cross-breeding, hybridization, abductions, everything going on today would be more understood by the churches instead of hidden if they had left Enoch in the Bible. Not to mention the fact that in the days of Noah when the giants ran out of animals to eat they would feed off of humans. And all that is coming back again in the last days. When the Annunaki come masquerading as heavenly beings it won't last long until people realize them for what they really are and by then it will be too late to do anything about it. And when the times of prophesied famine come, who or what do you think these Annunaki are going to be eating? They're going to be feasting on humans, just as in the days of Noah.

Q: Could you tell us more about Maitreya, St. Germaine, Mabus, and Sananda?
A. I believe Sananda is Satan in an angelic humanoid form. Satan always wanted to be worshipped as God. And whose picture has been hanging in our churches for the past 1,500 years? Sananda. The picture of "Jesus" painted by Michelangelo was none other than Sananda or Satan himself. Imagine that. All this time churchdom has practically worshipped that picture as being Jesus and it's none other than Satan himself.

Maitreya is a hideous psychopath playing an Arab who will come touting himself as a great world teacher. He will try to unite all of the world's religions and be "all things to all people." The Christians and Jews would never accept Maitreya as the or even a Messiah..so they'll use Maitreya to deceive the Arabs and anyone else who won't accept Sananda as the Messiah. In Matthew 24 it says that many will come saying "I AM." Christ and deceive many.. and these New Age "Ascended Masters" certainly do that...they all claim "I AM" and that they are Gods, or reached Godhood. Maitreya's been associated with Ethiopia and that's probably where his final appearance here on earth will originate from, where Sananda will come in the clouds in a charade of UFOs portraying the prophesied Second Coming of Christ to deceive the Christians and Jews.

Saint Germaine is supposed to establish NESARA here on earth, the political and economic agenda of the Antichrist's. He also claims to have been several incarnations of various people throughout our history such as Shakespeare and that he was the one who wrote/translated the KJV for King James.

Mabus could simply be Maitreya. I don't see a huge difference in their roles and they both will originate out of Africa. Mabus will play an Arab peacemaker who dies after a short time. It was Nostradamus who introduced the coming of this individual in his own writings. Neither the Bible or the New Age crowd talks about a coming Mabus, at least not with that name. Nostradamus prophesied that when Mabus dies a comet will strike the earth. Mabus is indeed an alien, i.e. fallen angel playing Ascended Master. But they won't tell you that. Another thought is that this Mabus will be a political leader who rises to make peace in the Middle East, such as a leader of the PLO etc..The whole charade can be played either way so I guess we'll find out which one they go with. Satan and his aliens always have more than one plan to bring one of their goons into power or to fulfill a certain role.

Q: Why do you consider Paul a false prophet?
A. Before Jesus-Yahushua left He warned His disciples to beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and that people wouldn't accept Him (Yahushua) as the Messiah but that one would come in his own name and that the people would accept him. He was prophesying about the entrance of Paul. People confuse it with a prophecy about the Antichrist when it was about Paul. Who, by the way, was a Pharisee. Yahushua appointed 12 apostles, not 13. Matthias replaced Judas, not Paul. Paul wrote 13 books of which he mentions or refers to himself over 500 times. He was an egotistical self-centered Antichrist who led people away from the truths that Jesus and the legitimate apostles taught and into errors. Paul was full of contradictions, "I've never been circumcised" "I was circumcised on the 8th day after I was born" blah blah, he lies and contradicts himself throughout all of his books and even tells his own conversion story different every time he told it, the sign of a pathological liar who can't remember his lies. What's it going to take for people to wake up and realize who and what Paul was? And these are mostly the same people worshipping the picture of Satan/Sananda as Jesus.

Q: Why do you think the late conspiracy theorist William Cooper went back on his claims of UFOs and aliens later on in his life?
A. He didn't go back on them. He realized what was going on and the game that was being played and that's why they were going to throw him in jail to silence him, but he refused to be taken alive and died in a stand-off with police. If you read his writings as much as I have or even his book it's clear that he knew there was a real existence of UFOs and aliens, and then he also stumbled on the black ops agenda to mimic UFOs and aliens with their own accumulated technology. There are many, thousands, perhaps millions of people who have had real UFO abductions, and then you'll hear of some that are just outrageous where a person was abducted and taken to a military base, or they could see black thread around the black eyes of the supposed alien. Real aliens don't speak verbally, they speak through telepathy. Most people don't realize that our government has as much as a chipping program going on as the aliens do. They're both involved in abducting people to implant them with chips for tracking and controlling. It was the aliens who gave our military the technology and that's why people are being abducted to military bases, implanted and then let go. Because the military now has their own black ops agenda with implanting people with chips separate from the alien’s agenda.

Chat Room Losers & Trolls

The biggest losers on the Internet (and maybe in the entire world) are the low-life trolls who continually hang-out in the various “patriot” chat rooms and message boards and don't do anything else. Not only are these places cesspools, but they’re notorious for being infiltrated by government spooks, agents, plants, shills, and losers.

Now don’t get me wrong: there are people who participate in certain online groups for one specific reason: to get and share valid news and information. These people genuinely seek knowledge, and they're the reason why discussion forums were originally created. So, please note that this article isn’t directed at them.

Instead, I’m talking about the lurkers, keyboard commandoes, and bottom-feeders who act as cancers in these little chat rooms and discussion forums. I mean, don’t any of these guys have jobs, girlfriends, or lives? Well, we know Phil Jayhan doesn’t have a job; that’s why he’s constantly begging for money in his little chat room. And incredibly, there are idiots who are stupid enough to give him their hard-earned money. It’s mind-blowing; but P.T. Barnum was right: there’s a sucker born every minute.

What these guys remind me of is Star Trek trekkies, or teenage video game addicts with their cute little nicknames (i.e. Snaggle Dog, the Enforcer, Commander Pod, etc); or maybe they simply live in their mother’s basement and geek-out all day long on the pathetic message boards because they don't have anything else to do.

Worse, many of these sites were actually created by the CIA in the first place, and the jerk-offs who linger in them are paid by intel agencies to promote their agenda. So, whenever somebody criticizes Alex Jones or Jeff Rense, these trolls circle their wagons and pounce on them with a vengeance. And you know its true because the same cretins are in all these different forums operating under the same exact modus operandis.

Can you imagine how pitiful the payroll CIA slithering worms must be who lurk in these chat room sewers? All day long they sit and watch, making sure nobody questions or exposes their infiltrator colleagues. I can’t think of a worse fate, and I can't help but wonder: how can these judas goats live with themselves? No wonder they're all so miserable. Who wouldn't be?

What these guys (they’re almost invariably male) who lurk in the little chat rooms remind me of are sixteen year-old high-school girls who sit around gossiping all day on their cell phones. Think about it. These are grown men acting like teenage groupies, swooning over their “heroes.” And for some reason I thought people in the patriot movement were supposed to be independent-minded. But these losers are the epitome of GROUP THINK where their “leader” sets the tone for a particular topic and all the other obedient lemmings follow suit.

It’s nothing but a groupie mentality, and the worst part is: even the people who run these sites think the lemmings are losers and useful idiots. They’re laughing at them, thinking, “I can’t believe these suckers are stupid enough to do my dirty work for me.” You’re their sheep that they pat on the head like obedient little zeroes. But hey, at least they’re part of a GROUP, regardless of how pathetic and inane it is.

In all honesty, these guys are even worse than Rush Limbaugh’s Ditto-Heads. Here’s an example why. We recently heard about a thread on Phil Jayhan’s panhandling site where the baby boys were crying, “What would we do if Alex Jones ever died? How would we survive?”

Can you even for one second believe it? What would they do? Here’s a suggestion: GROW UP! Become your own person. Get a life of your own instead of sucking on Alex Jones’ teet.

Listen: you’re adult, grown men whose highest aspiration is to be what … a sycophant? My God, how can you wake up in the morning and look yourselves in the mirror?

These people aren’t patriots … they’re SHEEPLE! They’re followers, just like the goobers who sit in front of their TVs and watch CNN or FOX. They’re potatoes, roots, slugs, mold, and infected diseases all wrapped up into one. And on top of that, they’d rather accept the BIG LIE than face reality – that way that don’t have to be alone. They'll still have their group of other losers who are equally as sorry, worthless, and wretched.

I could continue, but I have a suggestion for all the little chat room groupies and plants. Get a big black magic marker, and then write in huge capital letters across your forehead:

LOSER

Then, every day when you’re sitting in your mama’s cellar geeking out on your miserable little message boards, take your magic marker and write LOSER over and over again on your forehead until it finally sinks in.

Grow up and quit being so worthless.

June 4, 1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, was signed with the authority to basically strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest. With the stroke of a pen, President Kennedy declared that the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank would soon be out of business. The Christian Law Fellowship has exhaustively researched this matter through the Federal Register and Library of Congress. We can now safely conclude that this Executive Order has never been repealed, amended, or superceded by any subsequent Executive Order. In simple terms, it is still valid.

When President John Fitzgerald Kennedy - the author of Profiles in Courage -signed this Order, it returned to the federal government, specifically the Treasury Department, the Constitutional power to create and issue currency -money - without going through the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank. President Kennedy's Executive Order 11110 [the full text is displayed further below] gave the Treasury Department the explicit authority: "to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury." This means that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury's vault, the government could introduce new money into circulation based on the silver bullion physically held there. As a result, more than $4 billion in United States Notes were brought into circulation in $2 and $5 denominations. $10 and $20 United States Notes were never circulated but were being printed by the Treasury Department when Kennedy was assassinated. It appears obvious that President Kennedy knew the Federal Reserve Notes being used as the purported legal currency were contrary to the Constitution of the United States of America.

"United States Notes" were issued as an interest-free and debt-free currency backed by silver reserves in the U.S. Treasury. We compared a "Federal Reserve Note" issued from the private central bank of the United States (the Federal Reserve Bank a/k/a Federal Reserve System), with a "United States Note" from the U.S. Treasury issued by President Kennedy's Executive Order. They almost look alike, except one says "Federal Reserve Note" on the top while the other says "United States Note". Also, the Federal Reserve Note has a green seal and serial number while the United States Note has a red seal and serial number.

President Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963 and the United States Notes he had issued were immediately taken out of circulation. Federal Reserve Notes continued to serve as the legal currency of the nation. According to the United States Secret Service, 99% of all U.S. paper "currency" circulating in 1999 are Federal Reserve Notes.

Kennedy knew that if the silver-backed United States Notes were widely circulated, they would have eliminated the demand for Federal Reserve Notes. This is a very simple matter of economics. The USN was backed by silver and the FRN was not backed by anything of intrinsic value. Executive Order 11110 should have prevented the national debt from reaching its current level (virtually all of the nearly $9 trillion in federal debt has been created since 1963) if LBJ or any subsequent President were to enforce it. It would have almost immediately given the U.S. Government the ability to repay its debt without going to the private Federal Reserve Banks and being charged interest to create new "money". Executive Order 11110 gave the U.S.A. the ability to, once again, create its own money backed by silver and realm value worth something.

Again, according to our own research, just five months after Kennedy was assassinated, no more of the Series 1958 "Silver Certificates" were issued either, and they were subsequently removed from circulation. Perhaps the assassination of JFK was a warning to all future presidents not to interfere with the private Federal Reserve's control over the creation of money. It seems very apparent that President Kennedy challenged the "powers that exist behind U.S. and world finance". With true patriotic courage, JFK boldly faced the two most successful vehicles that have ever been used to drive up debt:

1) war (Viet Nam); and,

2) the creation of money by a privately owned central bank. His efforts to have all U.S. troops out of Vietnam by 1965 combined with Executive Order 11110 would have destroyed the profits and control of the private Federal Reserve Bank.

AMENDMENT OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10289 AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN FUNCTIONS AFFECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY. By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 of title 3 of the United States Code, it is ordered as follows:

SECTION 1. Executive Order No. 10289 of September 19, 1951, as amended, is hereby further amended - (a) By adding at the end of paragraph 1 thereof the following subparagraph (j): "(j) The authority vested in the President by paragraph (b) of section 43 of the Act of May 12, 1933, as amended (31 U.S.C. 821 (b)), to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury not then held for redemption of any outstanding silver certificates, to prescribe the denominations of such silver certificates, and to coin standard silver dollars and subsidiary silver currency for their redemption," and (b) By revoking subparagraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 2 thereof. SECTION 2. The amendment made by this Order shall not affect any act done, or any right accruing or accrued or any suit or proceeding had or commenced in any civil or criminal cause prior to the date of this Order but all such liabilities shall continue and may be enforced as if said amendments had not been made.

Once again, Executive Order 11110 is still valid. According to Title 3, United States Code, Section 301 dated January 26, 1998:

Executive Order (EO) 10289 dated Sept. 17, 1951, 16 F.R. 9499, was as amended by:

EO 10583, dated December 18, 1954, 19 F.R. 8725;

EO 10882 dated July 18, 1960, 25 F.R. 6869;

EO 11110 dated June 4, 1963, 28 F.R. 5605;

EO 11825 dated December 31, 1974, 40 F.R. 1003;

EO 12608 dated September 9, 1987, 52 F.R. 34617

The 1974 and 1987 amendments, added after Kennedy's 1963 amendment, did not change or alter any part of Kennedy's EO 11110. A search of Clinton's 1998 and 1999 EO's and Presidential Directives has also shown no reference to any alterations, suspensions, or changes to EO 11110.

The Federal Reserve Bank, a.k.a Federal Reserve System, is a Private Corporation. Black's Law Dictionary defines the "Federal Reserve System" as: "Network of twelve central banks to which most national banks belong and to which state chartered banks may belong. Membership rules require investment of stock and minimum reserves." Privately-owned banks own the stock of the FED. This was explained in more detail in the case of Lewis v. United States, Federal Reporter, 2nd Series, Vol. 680, Pages 1239, 1241 (1982), where the court said: "Each Federal Reserve Bank is a separate corporation owned by commercial banks in its region. The stock-holding commercial banks elect two thirds of each Bank's nine member board of directors".

The Federal Reserve Banks are locally controlled by their member banks. Once again, according to Black's Law Dictionary, we find that these privately owned banks actually issue money:

"Federal Reserve Act. Law which created Federal Reserve banks which act as agents in maintaining money reserves, issuing money in the form of bank notes, lending money to banks, and supervising banks. Administered by Federal Reserve Board (q.v.)".

The privately owned Federal Reserve (FED) banks actually issue (create) the "money" we use. In 1964, the House Committee on Banking and Currency, Subcommittee on Domestic Finance, at the second session of the 88th Congress, put out a study entitled Money Facts which contains a good description of what the FED is: "The Federal Reserve is a total money-making machine. It can issue money or checks. And it never has a problem of making its checks good because it can obtain the $5 and $10 bills necessary to cover its check simply by asking the Treasury Department's Bureau of Engraving to print them".

Any one person or any closely knit group who has a lot of money has a lot of power. Now imagine a group of people who have the power to create money. Imagine the power these people would have. This is exactly what the privately owned FED is!

No man did more to expose the power of the FED than Louis T. McFadden, who was the Chairman of the House Banking Committee back in the 1930s. In describing the FED, he remarked in the Congressional Record, House pages 1295 and 1296 on June 10, 1932:

"Mr. Chairman, we have in this country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal reserve banks. The Federal Reserve Board, a Government Board, has cheated the Government of the United States and he people of the United States out of enough money to pay the national debt. The depredations and the iniquities of the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal reserve banks acting together have cost this country enough money to pay the national debt several times over. This evil institution has impoverished and ruined the people of the United States; has bankrupted itself, and has practically bankrupted our Government. It has done this through the maladministration of that law by which the Federal Reserve Board, and through the corrupt practices of the moneyed vultures who control it".

Some people think the Federal Reserve Banks are United States Government institutions. They are not Government institutions, departments, or agencies. They are private credit monopolies which prey upon the people of the United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers. Those 12 private credit monopolies were deceitfully placed upon this country by bankers who came here from Europe and who repaid us for our hospitality by undermining our American institutions.

The FED basically works like this: The government granted its power to create money to the FED banks. They create money, then loan it back to the government charging interest. The government levies income taxes to pay the interest on the debt. On this point, it's interesting to note that the Federal Reserve Act and the sixteenth amendment, which gave congress the power to collect income taxes, were both passed in 1913. The incredible power of the FED over the economy is universally admitted. Some people, especially in the banking and academic communities, even support it. On the other hand, there are those, such as President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, that have spoken out against it. His efforts were spoken about in Jim Marrs' 1990 book Crossfire:"

Another overlooked aspect of Kennedy's attempt to reform American society involves money. Kennedy apparently reasoned that by returning to the constitution, which states that only Congress shall coin and regulate money, the soaring national debt could be reduced by not paying interest to the bankers of the Federal Reserve System, who print paper money then loan it to the government at interest. He moved in this area on June 4, 1963, by signing Executive Order 11110 which called for the issuance of $4,292,893,815 in United States Notes through the U.S. Treasury rather than the traditional Federal Reserve System. That same day, Kennedy signed a bill changing the backing of one and two dollar bills from silver to gold, adding strength to the weakened U.S. currency.

Kennedy's comptroller of the currency, James J. Saxon, had been at odds with the powerful Federal Reserve Board for some time, encouraging broader investment and lending powers for banks that were not part of the Federal Reserve system. Saxon also had decided that non-Reserve banks could underwrite state and local general obligation bonds, again weakening the dominant Federal Reserve banks".

In a comment made to a Columbia University class on Nov. 12, 1963,

Ten days before his assassination, President John Fitzgerald Kennedy allegedly said:

"The high office of the President has been used to foment a plot to destroy the American's freedom and before I leave office, I must inform the citizen of this plight."

In this matter, John Fitzgerald Kennedy appears to be the subject of his own book... a true Profile of Courage.

What is the Federal Reserve Bank?

What is the Federal Reserve Bank (FED) and why do we have it?

The FED is a central bank. Central banks are supposed to implement a country's fiscal policies. They monitor commercial banks to ensure that they maintain sufficient assets, like cash, so as to remain solvent and stable. Central banks also do business, such as currency exchanges and gold transactions, with other central banks. In theory, a central bank should be good for a country, and they might be if it wasn't for the fact that they are not owned or controlled by the government of the country they are serving. Private central banks, including our FED, operate not in the interest of the public good but for profit.

There have been three central banks in our nation's history. The first two, while deceptive and fraudulent, pale in comparison to the scope and size of the fraud being perpetrated by our current FED. What they all have in common is an insidious practice known as "fractional banking."

Fractional banking or fractional lending is the ability to create money from nothing, lend it to the government or someone else and charge interest to boot. The practice evolved before banks existed. Goldsmiths rented out space in their vaults to individuals and merchants for storage of their gold or silver. The goldsmiths gave these "depositors" a certificate that showed the amount of gold stored. These certificates were then used to conduct business.

In time the goldsmiths noticed that the gold in their vaults was rarely withdrawn. Small amounts would move in and out but the large majority never moved. Sensing a profit opportunity, the goldsmiths issued double receipts for the gold, in effect creating money (certificates) from nothing and then lending those certificates (creating debt) to depositors and charging them interest as well.

Since the certificates represented more gold than actually existed, the certificates were "fractionally" backed by gold. Eventually some of these vault operations were transformed into banks and the practice of fractional banking continued.

Keep that fractional banking concept in mind as we examine our first central bank, the First Bank of the United States (BUS). It was created, after bitter dissent in the Congress, in 1791 and chartered for 20 years. A scam not unlike the current FED, the BUS used its control of the currency to defraud the public and establish a legal form of usury.

This bank practiced fractional lending at a 10:1 rate, ten dollars of loans for each dollar they had on deposit. This misuse and abuse of their public charter continued for the entire 20 years of their existence. Public outrage over these abuses was such that the charter was not renewed and the bank ceased to exist in 1811.

The war of 1812 left the country in economic chaos, seen by bankers as another opportunity for easy profits. They influenced Congress to charter the second central bank, the Second Bank of the United States (SBUS), in 1816.

The SBUS was more expansive than the BUS. The SBUS sold franchises and literally doubled the number of banks in a short period of time. The country began to boom and move westward, which required money. Using fractional lending at the 10:1 rate, the central bank and their franchisees created the debt/money for the expansion.

Things boomed for a while, then the banks decided to shut off the debt/money, citing the need to control inflation. This action on the part of the SBUS caused bankruptcies and foreclosures. The banks then took control of the assets that were used as security against the loans.

Closely examine how the SBUS engineered this cycle of prosperity and depression. The central bank caused inflation by creating debt/money for loans and credit and making these funds readily available. The economy boomed. Then they used the inflation which they created as an excuse to shut off the loans/credit/money.

The resulting shortage of cash caused the economy to falter or slow dramatically and large numbers of business and personal bankruptcies resulted. The central bank then seized the assets used as security for the loans. The wealth created by the borrowers during the boom was then transferred to the central bank during the bust. And you always wondered how the big guys ended up with all the marbles.

Now, who do you think is responsible for all of the ups and downs in our economy over the last 85 years? Think about the depression of the late '20s and all through the '30s. The FED could have pumped lots of debt/money into the market to stimulate the economy and get the country back on track, but did they? No; in fact, they restricted the money supply quite severely. We all know the results that occurred from that action, don't we?

Why would the FED do this? During that period asset values and stocks were at rock bottom prices. Who do you think was buying everything at 10 cents on the dollar? I believe that it is referred to as consolidating the wealth. How many times have they already done this in the last 85 years?

Do you think they will do it again?

Just as an aside at this point, look at today's economy. Markets are declining. Why? Because the FED has been very liberal with its debt/credit/money. The market was hyper inflated. Who creates inflation? The FED. How does the FED deal with inflation? They restrict the debt/credit/money. What happens when they do that? The market collapses.

Several months back, after certain central banks said they would be selling large quantities of gold, the price of gold fell to a 25-year low of about $260 per ounce. The central banks then bought gold. After buying at the bottom, a group of 15 central banks announced that they would be restricting the amount of gold released into the market for the next five years. The price of gold went up $75.00 per ounce in just a few days. How many hundreds of billions of dollars did the central banks make with those two press releases?

Gold is generally considered to be a hedge against more severe economic conditions. Do you think that the private banking families that own the FED are buying or selling equities at this time? (Remember: buy low, sell high.) How much money do you think these FED owners have made since they restricted the money supply at the top of this last current cycle?

Alan Greenspan has said publicly on several occasions that he thinks the market is overvalued, or words to that effect. Just a hint that he will raise interest rates (restrict the money supply), and equity markets have a negative reaction. Governments and politicians do not rule central banks, central banks rule governments and politicians. President Andrew Jackson won the presidency in 1828 with the promise to end the national debt and eliminate the SBUS. During his second term President Jackson withdrew all government funds from the bank and on January 8, 1835, paid off the national debt. He is the only president in history to have this distinction. The charter of the SBUS expired in 1836.

Without a central bank to manipulate the supply of money, the United States experienced unprecedented growth for 60 or 70 years, and the resulting wealth was too much for bankers to endure. They had to get back into the game. So, in 1910 Senator Nelson Aldrich, then Chairman of the National Monetary Commission, in collusion with representatives of the European central banks, devised a plan to pressure and deceive Congress into enacting legislation that would covertly establish a private central bank.

This bank would assume control over the American economy by controlling the issuance of its money. After a huge public relations campaign, engineered by the foreign central banks, the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 was slipped through Congress during the Christmas recess, with many members of the Congress absent. President Woodrow Wilson, pressured by his political and financial backers, signed it on December 23, 1913.

The act created the Federal Reserve System, a name carefully selected and designed to deceive. "Federal" would lead one to believe that this is a government organization. "Reserve" would lead one to believe that the currency is being backed by gold and silver. "System" was used in lieu of the word "bank" so that one would not conclude that a new central bank had been created.

In reality, the act created a private, for profit, central banking corporation owned by a cartel of private banks. Who owns the FED? The Rothschilds of London and Berlin; Lazard Brothers of Paris; Israel Moses Seif of Italy; Kuhn, Loeb and Warburg of Germany; and the Lehman Brothers, Goldman, Sachs and the Rockefeller families of New York.

Did you know that the FED is the only for-profit corporation in America that is exempt from both federal and state taxes? The FED takes in about one trillion dollars per year tax free! The banking families listed above get all that money.

Almost everyone thinks that the money they pay in taxes goes to the US Treasury to pay for the expenses of the government. Do you want to know where your tax dollars really go? If you look at the back of any check made payable to the IRS you will see that it has been endorsed as "Pay Any F.R.B. Branch or Gen. Depository for Credit U.S. Treas. This is in Payment of U.S. Oblig." Yes, that's right, every dime you pay in income taxes is given to those private banking families, commonly known as the FED, tax free.

Like many of you, I had some difficulty with the concept of creating money from nothing. You may have heard the term "monetizing the debt," which is kind of the same thing. As an example, if the US Government wants to borrow $1 million ó the government does borrow every dollar it spends ó they go to the FED to borrow the money. The FED calls the Treasury and says print 10,000 Federal Reserve Notes (FRN) in units of one hundred dollars.

The Treasury charges the FED 2.3 cents for each note, for a total of $230 for the 10,000 FRNs. The FED then lends the $1 million to the government at face value plus interest. To add insult to injury, the government has to create a bond for $1 million as security for the loan. And the rich get richer. The above was just an example, because in reality the FED does not even print the money; it's just a computer entry in their accounting system. To put this on a more personal level, let's use another example.

Today's banks are members of the Federal Reserve Banking System. This membership makes it legal for them to create money from nothing and lend it to you. Today's banks, like the goldsmiths of old, realize that only a small fraction of the money deposited in their banks is ever actually withdrawn in the form of cash. Only about 4 percent of all the money that exists is in the form of currency. The rest of it is simply a computer entry.

Let's say you're approved to borrow $10,000 to do some home improvements. You know that the bank didn't actually take $10,000 from its pile of cash and put it into your pile? They simply went to their computer and input an entry of $10,000 into your account. They created, from thin air, a debt which you have to secure with an asset and repay with interest. The bank is allowed to create and lend as much debt as they want as long as they do not exceed the 10:1 ratio imposed by the FED.

It sort of puts a new slant on how you view your friendly bank, doesn't it? How about those loan committees that scrutinize you with a microscope before approving the loan they created from thin air. What a hoot! They make it complex for a reason. They don't want you to understand what they are doing. People fear what they do not understand. You are easier to delude and control when you are ignorant and afraid.

Now to put the frosting on this cake. When was the income tax created? If you guessed 1913, the same year that the FED was created, you get a gold star. Coincidence? What are the odds? If you are going to use the FED to create debt, who is going to repay that debt? The income tax was created to complete the illusion that real money had been lent and therefore real money had to be repaid. And you thought Houdini was good.

So, what can be done? My father taught me that you should always stand up for what is right, even if you have to stand up alone.

If "We the People" don't take some action now, there may come a time when "We the People" are no more. You should write a letter or send an email to each of your elected representatives. Many of our elected representatives do not understand the FED. Once informed they will not be able to plead ignorance and remain silent.

Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution specifically says that Congress is the only body that can "coin money and regulate the value thereof." The US Constitution has never been amended to allow anyone other than Congress to coin and regulate currency.

Ask your representative, in light of that information, how it is possible for the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, and the Federal Reserve Bank that it created, to be constitutional. Ask them why this private banking cartel is allowed to reap trillions of dollars in profits without paying taxes. Insist on an answer.

Thomas Jefferson said, "If the America people ever allow private banks to control the issuance of their currencies, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their prosperity until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."

Jefferson saw it coming 150 years ago. The question is, "Can you now see what is in store for us if we allow the FED to continue controlling our country?"

"The condition upon which God hath given liberty to man is eternal vigilance; which condition if he breaks, servitude is at once the consequence of his crime, and the punishment of his guilt."

On June 4, 1963, a little known attempt was made to strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the government at interest. On that day President John F. Kennedy signed Executive Order No. 11110 that returned to the U.S. government the power to issue currency, without going through the Federal Reserve. Mr. Kennedy's order gave the Treasury the power "to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury." This meant that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury's vault, the government could introduce new money into circulation. In all, Kennedy brought nearly $4.3 billion in U.S. notes into circulation. The ramifications of this bill are enormous.

With the stroke of a pen, Mr. Kennedy was on his way to putting the Federal Reserve Bank of New York out of business. If enough of these silver certificats were to come into circulation they would have eliminated the demand for Federal Reserve notes. This is because the silver certificates are backed by silver and the Federal Reserve notes are not backed by anything. Executive Order 11110 could have prevented the national debt from reaching its current level, because it would have given the gevernment the ability to repay its debt without going to the Federal Reserve and being charged interest in order to create the new money. Executive Order 11110 gave the U.S. the ability to create its own money backed by silver.

After Mr. Kennedy was assassinated just five months later, no more silver certificates were issued. The Final Call has learned that the Executive Order was never repealed by any U.S. President through an Executive Order and is still valid. Why then has no president utilized it? Virtually all of the nearly $6 trillion in debt has been created since 1963, and if a U.S. president had utilized Executive Order 11110 the debt would be nowhere near the current level. Perhaps the assassination of JFK was a warning to future presidents who would think to eliminate the U.S. debt by eliminating the Federal Reserve's control over the creation of money. Mr. Kennedy challenged the government of money by challenging the two most successful vehicles that have ever been used to drive up debt - war and the creation of money by a privately-owned central bank. His efforts to have all troops out of Vietnam by 1965 and Executive Order 11110 would have severely cut into the profits and control of the New York banking establishment. As America's debt reaches unbearable levels and a conflict emerges in Bosnia that will further increase America's debt, one is force to ask, will President Clinton have the courage to consider utilizing Executive Order 11110 and, ifso, is he willing to pay the ultimate price for doing so?

Executive Order 11110 AMENDMENT OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10289

AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN FUNCTIONS AFFECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 of title 3 of the United States Code, it is ordered as follows:

Section 1. Executive Order No. 10289 of September 19, 1951, as amended, is hereby further amended-

By adding at the end of paragraph 1 thereof the following subparagraph (j):

(j) The authority vested in the President by paragraph (b) of section 43 of the Act of May 12,1933, as amended (31 U.S.C.821(b)), to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury not then held for redemption of any outstanding silver certificates, to prescribe the denomination of such silver certificates, and to coin standard silver dollars and subsidiary silver currency for their redemption

and --

Byrevoking subparagraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 2 thereof.

Sec. 2. The amendments made by this Order shall not affect any act done, or any right accruing or accrued or any suit or proceeding had or commenced in any civil or criminal cause prior to the date of this Order but all such liabilities shall continue and may be enforced as if said amendments had not been made.

Money is the creature of law and the creation of the original issue of money should be maintained as the exclusive monopoly of national Government.

Money possesses no value to the State other than that given to it by circulation.

Capital has its proper place and is entitled to every protection. The wages of men should be recognised in the structure of and in the social order as more important than the wages of money.

No duty is more imperative for the Government than the duty it owes the People to furnish them with a sound and uniform currency, and of regulating the circulation of the medium of exchange so that labour will be protected from a vicious currency, and commerce will be facilitated by cheap and safe exchanges.

The available supply of Gold and Silver being wholly inadequate to permit the issuance of coins of intrinsic value or paper currency convertible into coin in the volume required to serve the needs of the People, some other basis for the issue of currency must be developed, and some means other than that of convertibility into coin must be developed to prevent undue fluctuation in the value of paper currency or any other substitute for money of intrinsic value that may come into use.

The monetary needs of increasing numbers of People advancing towards higher standards of living can and should be met by the Government. Such needs can be served by the issue of National Currency and Credit through the operation of a National Banking system .The circulation of a medium of exchange issued and backed by the Government can be properly regulated and redundancy of issue avoided by withdrawing from circulation such amounts as may be necessary by Taxation, Redeposit, and otherwise. Government has the power to regulate the currency and creditof the Nation.

Government should stand behind its currency and credit and the Bank deposits of the Nation. No individual should suffer a loss of money through depreciation or inflated currency or Bank bankruptcy.

Government possessing the power to create and issue currency and creditas money and enjoying the right to withdraw both currency and credit from circulation by Taxation and otherwise need not and should not borrow capital at interest as a means of financing Governmental work and public enterprise. The Government should create, issue, and circulate all the currency and credit needed to satisfy the spending power of the Government and the buying power of the consumers. The privilege of creating and issueing money is not only the supreme prerogative of Government, but it is the Governments greatest creative opportunity.

By the adoption of these principles the long felt want for a uniform medium will be satisfied. The taxpayers will be saved immense sums of interest, discounts, and exchanges. The financing of all public enterprise, the maintenance of stable Government and ordered progress, and the conduct of the Treasury will become matters of practical administration. The people can and will be furnished with a currency as safe as their own Government. Money will cease to be master and become the servant of humanity. Democracy will rise superior to the money power.

Some information on the Federal Reserve The Federal Reserve, a Private Corporation One of the most common concerns among people who engage in any effort to reduce their taxes is, "Will keeping my money hurt the government's ability to pay it's bills?" As explained in the first article in this series, the modern withholding tax does not, and wasn't designed to, pay for government services. What it does do, is pay for the privately-owned Federal Reserve System.

Black's Law Dictionary defines the "Federal Reserve System" as, "Network of twelve central banks to which most national banks belong and to which state chartered banks may belong. Membership rules require investment of stock and minimum reserves."

Privately-owned banks own the stock of the Fed. This was explained in more detail in the case of Lewis v. United States, Federal Reporter, 2nd Series, Vol. 680, Pages 1239, 1241 (1982), where the court said:

Each Federal Reserve Bank is a separate corporation owned by commercial banks in its region. The stock-holding commercial banks elect two thirds of each Bank's nine member board of directors.

Similarly, the Federal Reserve Banks, though heavily regulated, are locally controlled by their member banks. Taking another look at Black's Law Dictionary, we find that these privately owned banks actually issue money:

Federal Reserve Act. Law which created Federal Reserve banks which act as agents in maintaining money reserves, issuing money in the form of bank notes, lending money to banks, and supervising banks. Administered by Federal Reserve Board (q.v.).

The FED banks, which are privately owned, actually issue, that is, create, the money we use. In 1964 the House Committee on Banking and Currency, Subcommittee on Domestic Finance, at the second session of the 88th Congress, put out a study entitled Money Facts which contains a good description of what the FED is:

The Federal Reserve is a total money-making machine.It can issue money or checks. And it never has a problem of making its checks good because it can obtain the $5 and $10 bills necessary to cover its check simply by asking the Treasury Department's Bureau of Engraving to print them.

As we all know, anyone who has a lot of money has a lot of power. Now imagine a group of people who have the power to create money. Imagine the power these people would have. This is what the Fed is.

No man did more to expose the power of the Fed than Louis T. McFadden, who was the Chairman of the House Banking Committee back in the 1930s. Constantly pointing out that monetary issues shouldn't be partisan, he criticized both the Herbert Hoover and Franklin Roosevelt administrations. In describing the Fed, he remarked in the Congressional Record, House pages 1295 and 1296 on June 10, 1932, that:

Mr. Chairman,we have in this country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal reserve banks. The Federal Reserve Board, a Government Board, has cheated the Government of the United States and he people of the United States out of enoughmoney to pay the national debt. The depredations and the iniquities of the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal reserve banks acting together have cost this country enough money to pay the national debt several times over. This evil institution has impoverished and ruined the people of the UnitedStates; has bankrupted itself, and has practically bankrupted our Government. It has done this through the maladministration of that law by which the Federal Reserve Board, and through the corrupt practices of the moneyed vultures who control it.

Some people think the Federal reserve banks are United States Government institutions. They are not Government institutions. They are private credit monopolies which prey upon the people of the United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers; foreign and domestic speculators and swindlers; and rich and predatory money lenders. In that dark crew of financial pirates there are those who would cut a man's throat to get a dollar out of his pocket; there are those who send money into States to buy votes to control our legislation; and there are those who maintain an international propaganda for the purpose of deceiving us and of wheedling us into the granting of new concessions which will permit them to cover up their past misdeeds and set again in motion their gigantic train of crime. Those 12 private credit monopolies were deceitfully and disloyally foisted upon this country by bankers who camehere from Europe and who repaid us for our hospitality by undermining our American institutions.

The Fed basically works like this: The government granted its power to create money to the Fed banks. They create money, then loan it back to the government charging interest. The government levies income taxes to pay the interest on the debt. On this point, it's interesting to note that the Federal Reserve act and the sixteenth amendment, which gave congress the power to collect income taxes, were both passed in 1913. The incredible power of the Fed over the economy is universally admitted. Some people, especially in the banking and academic communities, even support it. On the other hand, there are those, both in the past and in the present, that speak out against it. One of these men was President John F. Kennedy. His efforts were detailed in Jim Marrs' 1990 book, Crossfire:

Another overlooked aspect of Kennedy's attempt to reform American society involves money. Kennedy apparently reasoned that by returning to the constitution, which states that only Congress shall coin and regulate money, the soaring national debt could be reduced by not paying interest to the bankers of the Federal Reserve System, who print paper money then loan it to the government at interest. He moved in this area on June 4, 1963, by signing Executive Order 11,110 which called for the issuance of $4,292,893,815 in United States Notes through the U.S. Treasury rather than the traditional Federal Reserve System. That same day, Kennedy signed a bill changing the backing of one and two dollar bills from silver to gold, adding strength to the weakened U.S. currency.

Kennedy's comptroller of the currency, James J. Saxon, had been at odds with the powerful Federal Reserve Board for some time, encouraging broader investment and lending powers for banks that were not part of the Federal Reserve system. Saxon also had decided that non-Reserve banks could underwrite state and local general obligation bonds, again weakening the dominant Federal Reserve banks.

A number of "Kennedy bills" were indeed issued - the author has a five dollar bill in his possession with the heading "United States Note" - but were quickly withdrawn after Kennedy's death. According to information from the Library of the Comptroller of the Currency, Executive Order 11,110 remains in effect today, although successive administrations beginning with that of President Lyndon Johnson apparently have simply ignored it and instead returned to the practice of paying interest on Federal Reserve notes. Today we continue to use Federal Reserve Notes, and the deficit is at an all-time high.

The point being made is that the IRS taxes you pay aren't used for government services. It won't hurt you, or the nation, to legally reduce or eliminate your tax liability.
