While the US remains committed to hunting down al-Qaeda operatives, it is now taking the battle to new fronts. Deep within the Pentagon, technologies are being deployed to wage the war on terror on the internet, in newspapers and even through mobile phones. Investigations editor Neil Mackay reports



IMAGINE a world where wars are fought over the internet; where TV broadcasts and newspaper reports are designed by the military to confuse the population; and where a foreign armed power can shut down your computer, phone, radio or TV at will.
In 2006, we are just about to enter such a world. This is the age of information warfare, and details of how this new military doctrine will affect everyone on the planet are contained in a report, entitled The Information Operations Roadmap, commissioned and approved by US secretary of defence Donald Rumsfeld and seen by the Sunday Herald.

The Pentagon has already signed off $383 million to force through the document’s recommendations by 2009. Military and intelligence sources in the US talk of “a revolution in the concept of warfare”. The report orders three new developments in America’s approach to warfare:

lFirstly, the Pentagon says it will wage war against the internet in order to dominate the realm of communications, prevent digital attacks on the US and its allies, and to have the upper hand when launching cyber-attacks against enemies.

lSecondly, psychological military operations, known as psyops, will be at the heart of future military action. Psyops involve using any media – from newspapers, books and posters to the internet, music, Blackberrys and personal digital assistants (PDAs) – to put out black propaganda to assist government and military strategy. Psyops involve the dissemination of lies and fake stories and releasing information to wrong-foot the enemy.

lThirdly, the US wants to take control of the Earth’s electromagnetic spectrum, allowing US war planners to dominate mobile phones, PDAs, the web, radio, TV and other forms of modern communication. That could see entire countries denied access to telecommunications at the flick of a switch by America.

Freedom of speech advocates are horrified at this new doctrine, but military planners and members of the intelligence community embrace the idea as a necessary development in modern combat.

Human rights lawyer John Scott, who chairs the Scottish Centre for Human Rights, said: “This is an unwelcome but natural development of what we have seen. I find what is said in this document to be frightening, and it needs serious parliamentary scrutiny.”

Crispin Black – who has worked for the Joint Intelligence Committee, and has been an Army lieutenant colonel, a military intelligence officer, a member of the Defence Intelligence Staff and a Cabinet Office intelligence analyst who briefed Number 10 – said he broadly supported the report as it tallied with the Pentagon’s over-arching vision for “full spectrum dominance” in all military matters.

“I’m all for taking down al-Qaeda websites. Shutting down enemy propaganda is a reasonable course of action. Al-Qaeda is very good at [information warfare on the internet], so we need to catch up. The US needs to lift its game,” he said.

This revolution in information warfare is merely an extension of the politics of the “neoconservative” Bush White House. Even before getting into power, key players in Team Bush were planning total military and political domination of the globe. In September 2000, the now notorious document Rebuilding America’s Defences – written by the Project for the New American Century (PNAC), a think-tank staffed by some of the Bush presidency’s leading lights – said that America needed a “blueprint for maintaining US global pre-eminence, precluding the rise of a great power-rival, and shaping the international security order in line with American principles and interests”.

The PNAC was founded by Dick Cheney, the vice-president; Donald Rumsfeld, the defence secretary; Bush’s younger brother, Jeb; Paul Wolfowitz, once Rumsfeld’s deputy and now head of the World Bank; and Lewis Libby, Cheney’s former chief of staff, now indicted for perjury in America.

Rebuilding America’s Defences also spoke of taking control of the internet. A heavily censored version of the document was released under Freedom of Information legislation to the National Security Archive at George Washington University in the US.

The report admits the US is vulnerable to electronic warfare. “Networks are growing faster than we can defend them,” the report notes. “The sophistication and capability of … nation states to degrade system and network operations are rapidly increasing.”

T he report says the US military’s first priority is that the “department [of defence] must be prepared to ‘fight the net’”. The internet is seen in much the same way as an enemy state by the Pentagon because of the way it can be used to propagandise, organise and mount electronic attacks on crucial US targets. Under the heading “offensive cyber operations”, two pages outlining possible operations are blacked out.

Next, the Pentagon focuses on electronic warfare, saying it must be elevated to the heart of US military war planning. It will “provide maximum control of the electromagnetic spectrum, denying, degrading, disrupting or destroying the full spectrum of communications equipment … it is increasingly important that our forces dominate the electromagnetic spectrum with attack capabilities”. Put simply, this means US forces having the power to knock out any or all forms of telecommunications on the planet.

After electronic warfare, the US war planners turn their attention to psychological operations: “Military forces must be better prepared to use psyops in support of military operations.” The State Department, which carries out US diplomatic functions, is known to be worried that the rise of such operations could undermine American diplomacy if uncovered by foreign states. Other examples of information war listed in the report include the creation of “Truth Squads” to provide public information when negative publicity, such as the Abu Ghraib torture scandal, hits US operations, and the establishment of “Humanitarian Road Shows”, which will talk up American support for democracy and freedom.

The Pentagon also wants to target a “broader set of select foreign media and audiences”, with $161m set aside to help place pro-US articles in overseas media.

MILITARY USE OF BACK-ENGINEERED EXTRATERRESTRIAL TECHNOLOGY
The American military industrial complex has developed in secrecy an array of futuristic aircraft and space vehicles, operated according to new energy technologies such a electro and magneto-gravitation with the aim of achieving the control of space. Though by definition impossible to confirm from official sources, his revelations have received indirect validation from hundreds of visual observations reported by expert witnesses and are broadly supported by certain government-related informants.

As a behavioral scientist and clinician, I have been working for over 15 years with people who reportedly have had an encounter with an extra terrestrial intelligent life form, a ‘Star Visitor’. During the course of this work I have felt it necessary to learn as much as possible about the reality of UFOs, and what the government already knows about these visitors from afar. As information on Star Visitors and their encounters with humans piled up, I began to publish my findings, presenting them at national and international conferences, in specialised journals, and in media interviews. This in turn brought me to the attention of certain figures, currently or formerly in highly-classified sectors of government and the military and intelligence agencies. These individuals decided to ‘leak’ certain additional information to me, knowing that I would thus serve as a conduit to bring such leaked information to the attention of that portion of the public which is interested and receptive.

My doctoral training in psychology and anthropology taught me the value of first-hand field research. And because the existence and operations of various undeclared or secret government installations related to Star Visitor matters are not going to be plumbed without field research, I made it my task, starting in 1992, to reconnoiter, observe, and penetrate many of these installations. I reasoned that the knowledge I gained could be very helpful to those who consult me, to help them feel secure that they had not hallucinated, but that such advanced technology exists, and in fact, the American government is in possession of some of this technology.

Additionally, the hundreds of experiencers of encounters shared with me information they possessed, also about advanced US craft, into either by virtue of being told such things by the Star Visitors, or by being kidnapped by rogue military-intelligence units and taken aboard some of these craft into certain installations, or having viewed such craft. This added to my store of information and data on advanced US ‘antigravity’ craft.

While I have gathered, or been entrusted by others, with considerable information on ‘special’ American aerospace craft, I do not purport to know everything that is in the US arsenal, nor everything about the operations and capabilities of the craft that I am about to identify. What I know is presented here. I have held back nothing.

At this time, I am aware of the existence of ten kinds of special-technology advanced aerospace ‘platforms’ [mil-speak for craft], all incorporating antigravity technology in some form. These ten are:

1. Northrop Grumman’s B-2 “Spirit” Stealth Bomber

2. Aurora

3. Lockheed-Martin’s X-33A

4. Lockheed’s X-22A

5. Boeing and Airbus Industries’ Nautilus

6. TR3-A “Pumpkinseed”,

7. TR3-B “Triangle”

8. Northrop’s “Great Pumpkin” disc

9. Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical’s XH-75D “Shark” antigravity helicopter, and

10. Lockheed-Martin’s and Northrop’s jointly-developed TAW-50 hypersonic antigravity fighter-bomber.

Before we examine these ten exotic aerospace craft, a brief overview of the different forms of generating antigravity fields is in order.

The most primitive antigravity technology is electrogravitic. This involves using voltages in millions of volts to disrupt the ambient gravitational field. This results in an 89 per cent reduction in gravity’s hold on airframes in such vehicles as the B-2 Stealth Bomber and the TR3-B Triangle craft. Given the considerable ambient ionisation field observed around the X-22A, it is reasonable to assume that extreme-voltage electrogravitics is also employed in these craft.

The next level up of sophistication is magnetogravitic. This involves generating high-energy toroidal fields spun at extremely high rpms, which also disrupts the ambient gravitational field, indeed to the extent that a counterforce to Earth’s gravitational pull is generated. Early British aeronautical engineers called this ‘dynamic counterbary’. This may have been used in some earlier American saucers and prototypes, but I have only been told that the secret Nautilus spacefaring craft uses magnetic pulsing, which appears to utilise this technology.

The third level of sophistication that is used in the more modern American antigravity craft, is direct generation and harnessing of the gravitational strong force. Such a strong-force field extends slightly beyond the atomic nucleus of Element 115, an exotic element donated by Star Visitor scientific-consultants to human scientists at S-4, a secret base south of Area 51 in Nevada, USA. By amplifying that gravitational strong force, and using antimatter reactor high energy, and then directing it, it is possible to lift a craft from the Earth and then change directions by vectoring the shaped antigravity force field thus generated. Important information about this third technology is available on Bob Lazar’s website and video (http://www.boblazar.com/closed/reactor.htm). Lazar worked on extraterrestrial technology at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and Area 51’s Site S-4 (UFOs and Area 51, Vol. 2, The Bob Lazar Video, 1999).

Let us now examine these 10 types of advanced craft in more detail. The amount of information available for each varies; in some cases more is known, in other cases very little.

1) The B-2 Stealth bomber is manufactured by Northrop-Grumman. The Air Force describes it as ‘a low-observable strategic, long-range heavy bomber capable of penetrating sophisticated and dense air-defence shields’. Retired Air Force Colonel Donald Ware passed on to me information from a three-star general, who revealed to him in July 1997 that ‘the B-2 [Stealth bombers] have electrogravitic systems on board’; and that ‘this explains why our 21 Northrop B-2s cost about a billion dollars each’.

2) The Aurora SR-33A is a moderate-sized spacefaring vehicle. The late National Security Council scientist Dr. Michael Wolf of NSC’s unacknowledged Special Studies Group subcommittee, (formerly called MJ-12), has stated that the Aurora can operate on both conventional fuel and antigravity field propulsion systems. He further stated that the Aurora ‘can travel to the Moon’. Wolf had also disclosed to me that the US has a small station on the Moon, and observation post on Mars. I doubt that Dr. Wolf would characterise the Aurora thus, unless it was a vessel already used in making such trips. He disclosed additionally that the Aurora operates out of Area 51, (Groom Dry Lake Air Force Station), at the northeast corner of the Nellis AFB Range, north of Las Vegas, Nevada.

3) The Lockheed-Martin X-33A military spaceplane is a ‘prototype’ of Lockheed’s other spaceplane, the single-stage-to-orbit reuseable aerospace vehicle, the ‘National SpacePlane’. Lockheed-Martin does not say too much about its winged, delta-shaped X-33 VentureStar, except ‘we are building it’. To be at that stage of development for its public-programme SpacePlane, clearly Lockheed-Martin has already long since built prototypes, as well as an unacknowledged military version, which I have dubbed the X-33A. The ‘A’ suffix stands for antigravity.

Colonel Donald Ware told me that he had recently learned from a three-star General that the VentureStar X-33 has electrogravitics (antigravity) system on board. This virtually assures that the unacknowledged military antigravity version, the X-33 A, has electrogravitics on board. It is possible that what I have called the X-33A is the Aurora craft which Dr. Wolf described.

4) The Lockheed X-22A is a two-man antigravity disc-fighter. The late Colonel Steve Wilson, USAF (ret.), stated that military astronauts trained at a secret aerospace academy separate from the regular Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs, CO. These military astronauts then operate out of Beale and Vandenberg Air Force Bases, Northern California. From those bases, these military astronauts regularly fly trans-atmospherically and out into space. One of the craft they use, Colonel Wilson reported, is the X-22A.

Another informant, ‘Z’, aka ‘Jesse’, who formerly worked at the NSA told me that the Lockheed X-22A antigravity fighter disc fleet is equipped with Neutral Particle Beam directed- energy weapons, that it is capable of effecting optical as well as radar invisibility, and that it is deployable for worldwide military operations from the new US Space Warfare Headquarters, located in hardened underground facilities beneath the 13,528’ feet high King’s Peak in the Wasatch Mountains’ High Uintas Primitive (Wilderness) Area, 80 miles east of Salt Lake City in Utah.

Recently I also heard from an Army engineer, formerly TDY’ed (transferred for temporary duty) to NASA, who shall remain unnamed at his request. He confirmed that Lockheed had made the X-22A, the two-man antigravity fighter disc which I had seen test-flown in a canyon adjacent to the main Area 51 operations zone. He explained why I had seen the X-22A so jerkily flown during that test flight. He said that the original X-22A had a standard altimeter hard-wired into it, but that such an instrument would give faulty readings in the craft’s antigravity field, which bends space-time. He had recommended that they instead use a gradiometer, which would function better. Apparently his suggestion was finally taken up, since in more recent years I have seen the
X-22As flying more smoothly and confidently at high altitudes over and near Area 51.

Another informant who also wishes his identity kept private related operational details about military deployment of antigravity disc craft which sound like the X-22A. He reports, “During Operation Desert Storm a close ‘relative’ of mine was in charge of a Marine Division right on the front. In the first days film footage and especially video-cams which a large number of GIs had were impounded, so they wouldn’t capture any sensitive material. Iraq was pumped up and Gung-Ho, since they had well over 50,000 troops ready to charge us, [and] since we only had about 3500 they knew of, and they knew [that], because of the close proximity of troops we couldn’t nuke them, so, they were assuming ‘piece of cake’. Wrong.”

“Two pictures my relative confiscated from one of his officers showed:

a. A large disc-shaped craft slightly in front of our men with a high intensity beam of light emitting out of it; then,

b. Where men, equipment, etc. ‘was’ [had stood], there only remained dark charcoal-like spots on the desert floor. We have had this technology for quite a while.”



The described disc was clearly an antigravity levitating aerial weapons platform in the US arsenal. Quite possibly it was the Lockheed X-22A two-man discoid craft, the real DarkStar, of which the unmanned drone X-22 DarkStar is an aircraft ‘cover’ programme to disguise the existence of this manned antigravity fighter disc, the X-22A.

Further, as ‘Z’ noted, the real manned discs come equipped with the latest Neutral Particle Beam weapons, which take apart the target at the molecular level. ‘Star Visitor’ craft do not incinerate humans. Only man-made military fighters are so equipped. So the above report does not deal with any extraterrestrial event.

5) The Nautilus is another space-faring craft, a secret military spacecraft which operates by magnetic pulsing. It operates out of the unacknowledged new headquarters of the US Space Command. It makes twice-a-week trips up to the secret military-intelligence space station, which has been in deep space for the past thirty years, and manned by US and USSR (now Russian) military astronauts. The Nautilus also is used for superfast surveillance operations, utilising its ability to vertically penetrate target country airspace from deep space, a direction not usually expected. It is manufactured jointly by Boeing’s Phantom Works near Seattle and EU’s Airbus Industries Anglo-French consortium.

On a trip to Washington State several years ago, the author had a conversation with a former Boeing executive who worked in their ‘Phantom Works’, Boeing’s black projects division (roughly the equivalent of Lockheed’s ‘Skunk Works’). The executive confirmed what I had earlier learned from an intelligence insider: that Boeing had teamed up with Europe’s Airbus Industries to manufacture the Nautilus.

6) The TR3-A ‘Pumpkinseed’ is a super-fast air vehicle. The ‘Pumpkinseed’ nickname is a reference to its thin oval airframe, whose contours resemble that seed. It may be the craft identified as using pulse detonation technology for propulsion in a sub-hypersonic regime, and it also uses antigravity technology for either mass-reduction or complementary field propulsion at higher speed levels. As air breathers, these Pulse Detonation Wave Engines (PDWEs) could theoretically propel a hypersonic aircraft towards Mach 10 at an altitude in excess of 180,000 feet. Used to power a trans-atmospheric vehicle, the same PDWEs might be capable of lifting the craft to the edge of space when switched to rocket mode.

7) The TR3-B Triangle, ‘The Astra’, is a large triangular antigravity fuelled craft in the US fleet. Black projects defence industry insider Edgar Rothschild Fouche wrote about the existence of the TR3-B in his book, Alien Rapture.

My ex-NSA informant, ‘Z’, also confirmed the TR3-B is operational. ‘Z’ had this to say about the TR3-B triangular antigravity craft ‘TR3-B’: “This is the code name for what everyone on Earth has seen. It is a very large triangular-shaped re-entry vehicle flying on antigravity. It is what the November 2000 issue of Popular Mechanics identified as the Lenticular Reentry Vehicle, a nuclear-powered flying saucer, the first version of which went operational in 1962”.

“It was used in Gulf War’s early hours with electromagnetic-pulse/laser cannons. It literally sat mid-air, firing long, medium, short-range to take out antennas, towers, communications, air traffic control towers, TV dishes and centers, etc. For three hours, these three triangles [TR3-Bs] just sat there blowing up everything in sight. Then the Stealth fighters had fun for the rest of the day into the early evening next night. Then [followed] carpet bombings from high altitude B-52 Strato-Fortresses. They dumped all the old, aged Vietnam-era crap {munitions}; a third blew up and the rest [were] duds. Anyway, the TR3B has been in testing since the ‘60s. But it has only been perfected in the last 8 years [since 1992]. It is a good remake of what Truman first saw, (the Roswell crashed craft). It is compartmentalised, built by the Skunk Works (Lockheed-Martin’s classified plant) at Palmdale, CA and Boeing [Phantom Works, Seattle]. It is housed in Utah.”

8) Northrop has manufactured a disc-shaped antigravity craft, (designation unknown), which I have dubbed the ‘Great Pumpkin’ from its brilliant ruddy golden-orangish glow. The author first saw this craft operationally test-flown in 1992 above the Groom Range ridge line at Area 51, Nevada. Later I saw the same intensely burning-bright orange-gold craft that I had seen above Area 51 being test-flown sixty miles north of Los Angeles, in the Tehachapi Mountains east of Edwards Air Force Base. There the Northrop Aircraft Corporation has its secret saucer manufaturing works buried deep within the mountains. I saw the same intensely burning-bright orange-gold craft test-flown there as I had seen above Area 51/S-4. When energised they emit their characteristic intense glow. It is reasonable to assume that this is due to strong ionisation, and that electrogravitics is the methodology of their field propulsion.

9) The XH-75D or XH Shark antigravity helicopter is manufactured by Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical Corporation of San Diego. Colonel Wilson reported that many of these XH-75Ds were assigned to the Delta/National Reconnaissance Organisation Division which retrieves downed UFOs. That Division is also implicated in mutilating cattle as a psychological warfare programme on the American public, to try to get citizens to fear and loathe extraterrestrials from assuming that ‘aliens’ are the ones cutting up the cattle. Colonel Wilson also leaked a drawing of the XH-75D Shark (http://www.drboylan.com/shrkhelo.jpg).

10) The TAW-50 is a hypersonic, antigravity space fighter-bomber. A defence contractor with whom the author has been in communication leaked details of this US Advanced warcraft. Developed during the early 1990s, its capabilities are amazing. The technology shows that the Defense Department did not fail to utilise what it learned by combing through the wreckage of various UFO crashes.

The TAW-50 was jointly developed by the Lockheed-Martin Skunk Works ( Palmdale-Helendale, CA) and Northrop (at their undeclared ‘Anthill’ facility within the Tehachapi Mountains, northwest of Lancaster, CA.) Both companies have a history of building secret antigravity craft at these Mojave Desert facilities.

The TAW-50 has a speed range well in excess of Mach 50, a number the contractor calls ‘a very conservative estimate’. Its actual speed is ‘classified’. Since Mach-1 is 1,225 kilometres per hour, (approximately 748 mph), this means that the TAW-50 is capable of moving considerably faster than 38,000 mph. In comparison, the velocity required to escape Earth’s gravity is 25,000 mph. Therefore the TAW-50 is capable of going into space, and does.

The TAW-50 has a SCRAM (supersonic ramjet) propulsion system for passing through the outer atmosphere. The TAW-50 utilises electrogravitics to maintain its own artificial gravity while in weightless space, as well as to nullify the vehicle’s mass during operations. The TAW-50’s power supply is provided by a small nuclear power generator that the contractor said is ‘Normal-Inert’. He said that the space plane uses electromagneto ferrometric power generation by the immersion of pellets in heavy water (deuterium) and specially-designed coil superconductive magnets, which yield vast amounts of free electrons when placed in an immersion triggered into an oscillating field-state flux.

The TAW-50 has a crew of four. Nevertheless, the TAW-50 is so fast that it requires computers to fly it. These were developed by American Computer Company (AMC), which derived them from its Valkyrie XB/9000 AI (artificial intelligence) Guidance series. They utilise a RISC Milspec Superchip. “There are 180 of them in the flight control system, and 64 more in the weapons guidance system”, the contractor reported.

It can carry a combined payload of glide bombs and a package of MIRV (Multiple Independently-targeted Reentry Vehicles), ‘mil-speak’ for a cluster of intercontinental ballistic missiles, each of which can seek out and strike a different target. The MIRV pack also contains reentry-capable balloon countermeasures to make it very difficult for laser and other defensive weapons to track down where the real MIRVs are and intercept them.

The TAW-50 is armed with its own Kill Laser system, which can track and immolate SAM (Surface-to-Air missiles), STTA (Surface-To-Trans-Atmosphere missiles), ATA (Air-To-Air missiles), and ATTA (Air-To-Trans-Atmospheric missiles). The TAW-50’s killer lasers can also knock down high-performance fighter interceptors. They are much smaller than the earlier 1980s-era SDI (Star Wars programme) models, and have a miniaturised cooling core and 500 times the wattage. The contractor said, “it uses a spontaneous nucleonic burst to trigger the lasing [laser] effect”.

In addition, the TAW-50 is armed with microsuperexplosive HyperDart missiles. These are just a little larger than ordinary aircraft cannon ammunition, but travel at hypersonic speed for up to three minutes, and have enormous explosive capability. One HyperDart can blow apart a MiG fighter anywhere within 20 feet of the HyperDart. The TAW-50 carries several hundred HyperDarts.

Because the TAW-50 is designed to operate in space, it has on board a two-day air supply. This air supply can be extended by using its scoop system and travelling into the upper atmosphere to harvest more oxygen.

The contractor did not reveal the size of the space fighter-bomber except to say, “It’s a pretty big thing.”

The performance of the TAW-50 makes it virtually impossible to defend against. It can hide in orbit many hundreds of miles into space, orbiting at times at 22,000 mph. Then, without warning, it can dive straight down through the atmosphere at over 38,000 miles per hour on an 80-degree attack vector, reverse direction within 150 feet of the ground with very little loss of motion and without a glide turn, and almost instantly go vertically straight up at the same speed until it leaves the atmosphere and resumes orbiting in space. The contractor noted, “Those [electro-] gravitics allow it to change its mass to almost nothing in a moment, and reverse direction instantly, increase its acceleration to so many times G [Earth’s gravity] it’s not funny, yet they are able to nearly nullify the G-force on the pilots. They [the electrogravitics] are fourth-generation, with the ability to bring it to a complete standstill in under 2 milliseconds, if need be, without crushing the pilots, and keep it there for quite some time.” The contractor notes, “It’s far too fast for tracking radars. And, he adds, “What military aims its radars straight up?”

The TAW-50 can be refueled and rearmed in orbit by docking with the secret undeclared Military Space Station that is in orbit. The entire refueling and rearming procedure takes under 10 minutes. Who mans the gas pumps? Military astronauts trained at the Secret Air Force Academy, located in the hills west of the “official” Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs, CO. These military astronauts rotate duty by travelling to and from Vandenberg Air Force Base on other military antigravity vehicles.

The Cape Canaveral Space Shuttles have carried the arming platforms (classified Defence Department payloads) up to the secret Military Space Station. The contractor reported that with a few extra tanks of LOX (liquid oxygen), the TAW-50 could fly to the Moon and back.

As of 2002, the US had 20 TAW-50s in its arsenal. But, as the contractor commented, “you could take out an entire nation in under 10 days with only 10 of these, doing three attacks a day. One can wipe out an entire city the size of suburban Cleveland in a single attack without having to use any nukes at all.”

The electrogravitics for the TAW-50 was produced by GE Radionics. Pratt & Whitney designed the SCRAM atmospheric penetrator technology.

The contractor said he could not tell me anything else. And it was clear he did not want his name used. So, this is what is known.

America has used its enormous wealth to become the global super-power. The TAW-50 is but one example of its exotic, unnecessarily proliferative, and highly-destructive arsenal. The world awaits the day when America finds its soul, pays more attention to matters of spirit, mind and metaphysical development, and withdraws from its addiction to war toys.

It has been said that if the American people knew what the military had in their arsenal today, they wouldn’t believe it, and would think that someone was fantasising about a Star Wars movie episode.

A Florida man who called the Bush family "a plague on the earth that should burn in hell for eternity" has been accused of threatening Gov. Jeb Bush and labeled by authorities a threat to society for his comments.



Steve Esdale, who also accused Gov. Bush and authorities of covering up vital evidence in his father's suspicious murder, is also being targeted for putting up information on his web site about Prescott Bush's former Nazi affiliations.



Esdale's comments about the Bush family were apparently pulled off his web site or obtained through wire tapping, as Florida officials have now subpoenaed his phone and computer records in an attempt to prove Esdale is a threat.



He also claims authorities are trying to get him committed to a mental institution for his comments as well as his continued three year private investigation to get to the bottom of his father's death.



Esdale claims his elderly father was murdered by a younger women he hastily married, who unknown to anyone was an undercover Bolivian DEA agent. And for three years, he desperately has been trying to get justice, but has run into a brick wall, as Florida authorities first claimed Murray Cohen's death was of normal causes,



According to Esdale, however, authorities covered up vital evidence categorically proving his father was killed by his new bride in a scheme to clean out his bank account and steal his Florida estate, the police for yet unknown reasons covering up for the Bolivian undercover agent.



Esdale's story has been previously documented in the Arctic Beacon archives and he has appeared on Greg Szymanski's popular radio show, The Investigative Journal. But a new twist in Esdale's story of continual harassment by authorities for trying to get at the truth, needs reexamining in light of the recent attempts by authorities to silence him for his comments about the Bush family.



It should be noted in previous stories, Esdale presented substantial probable cause crime scene evidence his father was killed, evidence authorities have suppressed, as 911 tapes were altered and a coroner's report changed to omit a strange drug found at the crime scene.



Esdale's complaints of a police cover-up have gone as far as Gov. Jeb Bush's office. He also claims the "fix is in" all the way to the top, as high officials are more concerned at protecting the former Bolivian agent and keeping from the public about the botched investigation then getting at the real truth behind the alleged murder of his elderly father.



Ever since Esdale starting making waves and ruffling feathers with the authorities, including Gov. Bush's office, he became the brunt of police harassment, including an unexpected raid on his house and numerous invasions of privacy of his computer records.



But Esdale claims things have gotten so bad that authorities are trying to frame him for threatening Gov. Bush, as well as trying to place him in a mental institution.



From his Florida home, Esdale has provided the following shocking account, illustrating another in a long line of cases illustrating a fascist climate spreading across America:



"You won't believe what I am about to tell you. Through a public records request, I obtained a 75 page report about me made by Florida Department of Law Enforcement. In this report they included a copy of a subpoena given to my phone carrier Cingular.



"They stated in their subpoena that it was urgent to get my phone records because there was a threat made to the Governor of Florida, Governor Bush. Further into the report, it states that "At no time did Esdale make physical or verbal threats to the Governor or his Family".



"With this information, I can prove that they lied to obtain my personal phone records to try to find where I was seeking safe heaven to keep my family safe. It stated in the report that the reason why they tracked me down, was because they were going to invoke the "Baker Act" on me, which allows them to put me in a mental hospital against my will.



"They had the Government do a profile on me. They claim that I left messages at the Governor's office stating the following :



"1. I accused him of participating in the cover up of my father's murder.



"2. I stated that his family was a plague on the earth, and they should burn in hell for eternity.



"3. I stated I was going to post the information on my web site about Prescott Bush and his Nazi connection.



"4. I stated I was going to post the information about his close ties with the owner of the airlines who trained the 911 hijackers.



"For the above mentioned, they claimed I was a threat to the Governor. They also made an entire copy of my web site.



"In this 75 page report, they also confirmed they subpoenaed information from my web host, Go Daddy. They subpoenaed information from my Internet provider, AOL. I would also like you to know that my federal law suit was transferred from a judge who was appointed by the current dictator which would of got me no where, and is now before a judge who does not tolerate police corruption."

The $27.5 Trillion Dollar Man Still Trying To Recover U.S. Funds From The Clutches Of The Bush And Clinton Crime Families
Leo Wanta is still shaking up the international banking community as London-based financial currency review finally sheds some needed light on the magnitude and importance of the 'Leo Wanta story'

Leo Wanta, the man put in a Swiss dungeon and jailed for more than 10 years on a bogus Wisconsin income tax charge, is still making waves and shaking up the international banking community as he attempts to recover more $27.5 trillion earmarked for the U.S. Treasury.



According to the former U.S. Treasury agent under President Ronald Reagan, the money has now grown to more than $70 trillion since first accumulated in 1989 in sophisticated financial scheme concocted by U.S. officials.



The scheme was put into place and perfected by Wanta who, along with several other financial whizzes, worked their banking magic to destabilize the Russian currency and flatten the old Soviet Union into financial submission at the end of the Cold War.



Wanta's methods worked so well he received high praise from Reagan, but was back stabbed by former President George H. Bush who wanted to erase Wanta from the picture, making way for the Bush crime family and others to pilfer the money.



Instead of the enormous amount of money being returned to taxpayers for furthering American prosperity, the money was left overseas in financial limbo for the "Bush buzzards" to cherry pick, observers saying the money being used for clandestine operations furthering the underworld of the New World Order.



Although Wanta still remains trustor of the vast sum of money, along the way he paid the ultimate prices, nearly being killed in several occasions, as well as spending almost a year in a Swiss jail and then being jailed in Wisconsin.



On his release about a year ago, Wanta then set out to recover the money, using the authority of a 2003 federal court decision he filed while being incarcerated in order try and protect the money and his reputation from the Clinton and Bush criminals, who were allegedly using the money for their own clandestine purposes.



Although the case was dismissed based on sovereign immunity, Wanta received the affirmations from the federal judge he sought, as Judge Bruce Lee acknowledged the assests existed and were in Wanta's control as lawful trustor, adding that Wanta's proper avenue for redress was through a federal court of collections.



Armed with the Judge Lee's advice, Wanta then set out in earnest about six months ago to recover the money which was now scattered in numerous overseas banks, many denying the existence of the money while others claimed they were told by CIA officials that Wanta was no longer living.



In a further effort to raise public awareness of the importance of this story, Wanta appeared on Greg Szymanski's radio show, The Investigative Journal, several times, as well as having his story written up in depth in the Arctic Beacon.



Previously, the explosive story had been shunned by the mainstream press since it was too hot to handle for the compromised American media even though it clearly showed how corrupt officials and banking institutions were pilfering trillions of dollars of the people's money.



The story was so hot and so dangerous since it involved the murders of numerous people who got in the cross hairs of the Bush crime family perpetrators, even the alternative failed to pick up the story.



How a story like this remains ignored is still a mystery, but it can be hypothesized that it is either to financially complicated for media personalities who prefer to manipulate listeners with emotionally gut wrenching stories of terror while allowing the criminals to steal trillions of money right before their very eyes.

LONDON, 21 June 2006 - The integrity of the international banking system is on the line this week. This is because the behavior of certain banks is being closely watched by a team of informed observers who are privy to scandals that the banks in question hope can still be swept under their plush boardroom carpets.



Collectively, the scandals represent the most brazen attempt by banks to seize the funds of their depositors, in history. The relevant funds, which amounted - when fitfully paid out in 1989-93 - to about $27.5 trillion, are now believed to be worth approaching $70 trillion. They represent assets corralled on Presidential instructions by the US Treasury's most distinguished Secret Service financial agent, Leo E. Wanta. He remains the Trustor of these funds.



The financial war chest was amassed for geostrategic purposes at the 'end of the Cold War', after Mikhail Gorbachev had received $10 billion via certain American-assisted international financial transactions. He has since constructed a colossal headquarters campus outside Moscow, with some of this money*.



As everyone knows, most scams require a counterparty. For the international banks involved, their counterparty was, and remains, the US intelligence community - or rather, corrupt elements thereof, led by professional criminal intelligence 'barons' such as George Bush Sr., and Bill Clinton.



Taking their cue from the example of such corrupt operatives, lesser intelligence fry joined in - scamming billions from Wanta's fund, which was organised in order to finance, at the supranational (intergovernmental) level, the post-Cold War 'Global Security Environment'. A key front man in this endeavour was Mikhail Gorbachev, whose 'Global Security Project' initiative was actually designed by Leo Wanta himself, again of course on US Presidential instructions.



Scams are greatly facilitated when irregular parties share a common interest. In this case, both the banks and corrupt elements of the US intelligence community, neither of which of course owned any of these funds, coveted the billions and trillions of dollars raised during 1989-92, for their own purposes.



The banks saw the funds as the answer to liquidity and prospective solvency problems. They accordingly collateralised and cross-collateralised the vast and rapidly expanding deposits placed with them for safekeeping, and performed elaborate hypothecation exercises, using the Trustor's funds as base.



Corrupt CIA operatives and fake CIA lawyers muscled in and, on the basis of Powers of Attorney awarded to certain of their number by questionable means, misappropriated, redirected and even stole billions, with one or more fake CIA lawyers illegally placing the Trustor's funds in foreign bank accounts under their own name.



Moreover the original funds were ransacked even as they were paid out by the Federal Reserve, under the authority of the Fed's former Chairman, Dr Alan Greenspan. An analysis published by International Currency Review in February 2005 of the initial amounts which were misdirected from the Fed, inter alia directly into private offshore bank accounts, found that an estimated $742.5 billion had been misappropriated[i].



Subsequent investigations have suggested that even this total is understated.



But that was nothing to what happened later. In order to gain control of these funds - supposedly assembled in order to make the world a 'safer place' after the 'end of the Cold War' - corrupt elements of US intelligence, headed by President Clinton, set the ball rolling by targeting the Trustor himself. Ordered by William Sessions, the head of the FBI, to travel with intelligence aides to Switzerland in 1993 with a brief to arrest Marc Rich, Wanta was himself arrested and flung into a stinking jail for 134 days - by the Swiss authorities. Almost simultaneously, Clinton fired William Sessions without giving any reason, and Vince Foster, an FBI informant who had been handling funds 'belonging' to the Children's Defense Fund, a CIA front for funny money, was murdered in the Washington, DC area.



Wanta's effects, including 18 US Treasury instruments worth $18 billion, were removed from him - and the official assets worth $18 billion face value have disappeared. Following an urgent intervention by the late Israeli Prime Minister, Yitzhak Rabin, Mr Wanta was suddenly released, but was then taken, still in shackles, to Geneva airport and flown to New York. After being frog-marched through Kennedy, this distinguished and upright US Treasury intelligence officer was arraigned before a judge on a trumped-up charge at the US Eastern District Court of New York. The judge saw through the ruse and threw the case out, but Leo Wanta was illegally re-arrested on the courtroom steps without a warrant, on instructions from the Wisconsin authorities.



The new false charge alleged that Wanta had failed to pay a tax bill of about $14,000 that he did not owe, in Wisconsin state taxes, dating back to 1982 - despite the fact that he had been living mainly abroad on US intelligence business, working directly for the President of the United States, for many years. He was accordingly extradited to Wisconsin, where he was jailed.



During incarceration in that State and elsewhere, attempts were made to have this distinguished US Treasury officer - still of course Trustor of the original $27.5 trillion of intergovernmental funds and the relevant accruals - declared insane. He underwent five so-called 'lunacy tests', his life being saved when a doctor of Chinese extraction, no doubt familiar with similar abuses back in her home country, refused to certify him. Had she done so, he would have been sent to a Soviet-style 'psychiatric hospital' and never heard from again.



After many vicissitudes, Leo Wanta was released into house arrest in Wisconsin, where he languished for many further years. During this time, he managed to raise the falsely charged state tax, which the State of Wisconsin took - but 'lost'. With the help of friends, he later raised the same amount again, and this time, the payment was registered. But in the meantime vast additional penalties, fees and other charges had accrued. His house was sold at a knock-down price without his consent, and the proceeds stolen. In July 2005, a sum of $30,626.97 made available by a friend, was paid in person by Mr Wanta's lawyer to the court in Wisconsin; and on 14th November 2005, he was released from all restrictions.



(Since this final payment included the false state tax bill for the third time, it, too, has reportedly been misappropriated. The problem faced by the Wisconsin authorities was how this payment could legitimately be recorded. It couldn't).



It was only a matter of weeks before the significance of this development started to trickle round the US intelligence community, which, all of a sudden, faced an unprecedented problem.



For it emerged that the CIA had systematically lied that Leo Wanta had long since been dead. This false information was of course exploited by the many US intelligence crooks who had been making illegitimate use of the Trustor's funds.



As for the banks, they likewise took maximum advantage of the CIA's lie. If the Trustor was dead, then the banks could do what they liked with the funds. So they used them for every off-balance-sheet ruse yet invented by their financial engineers.



In other words, neither the banks nor the CIA ever thought that the funds would be claimed. Imagine the cataclysmic shocks that reverberated around the world's international banks when it began to be rumoured late last year that, far from being long since dead, Leo Wanta was alive and had gone to court to obtain a ruling on the disposition of the assets.



These are held in offshore bank accounts belonging to so-called Title 18, Section 6 US Government intelligence community corporations. Such entities were authorised by President Reagan in January 1981, under Executive Order 12333.

Given the inherent criminal tendencies of intelligence organisations, this courted the obvious danger that dishonest operatives might use such corporations for scamming purposes - particularly given the well-known fact that the National Security Act 1947, et seq., under which the CIA was established, is effectively a crooks' charter. And so it has proved.



On 15th April 2003, US Federal Judge Bruce Lee, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, released a Memorandum Opinion, in response to Leo Wanta's application for relief, which concluded as follows:



'Plaintiff's sole remedy in this matter is to proceed with the liquidation of the corporations and report these transactions to the Internal Revenue Service in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and then challenge the assessment of any taxes in a refund proceeding'.



In March 2006, Economic Intelligence Review, published by World Reports Limited, London, reproduced, in facsimile format, the entire Memorandum Opinion [ii]. It then transpired that knowledge of the existence of this document had been deliberately suppressed within the US official structures - since of course it confirmed that Leo Wanta is legally the controller (Trustor) of the funds and is therefore solely entitled to dispose of them in accordance with law and his Presidential instructions.



And the CIA liars and scamsters didn't want that to be known.



In February 2005, International Currency Review [iii], likewise published by World Reports Limited from London, had displayed facsimiles of Federal Reserve computer print-outs, obtained from sources in the public domain. These represented audited sheets on which the Trustor, Leo Wanta, verified or queried the sources and uses of funds finally paid out by the Fed, including the $742.5 billion which was misdirected by the US central bank on Greenspan's authority.



On one of these sheets, which referred to one billion US dollars sent by Banco Exterior de Espana, Malaga, Spain, on 10th August 1989, to Banco de Panama, Panama City, for credit of 'Pilgrim Investments, Jorge Bush', Leo Wanta had annotated as follows:



'Acceptance of value by former US President of the United States, George (Jorge) Bush is direct violation of our USA Title 5, Section 7353, et seq. - Jim Baker told me to just "SHUT UP" as I am protected by Rogers-Houston Memorandum to "co-operate", but I kept receipts & notes'.



Separately, George Bush Sr., who was co-signatory of an account belonging to one of the Title 18, Section 6 corporations (Ameritrust), had asked his fellow co-signatory, Leo Wanta, to allow him (Bush Sr.) to remove $210 billion from the account. Leo refused - as he did on another occasion, when President Clinton sought Wanta's agreement for the diversion of a substantial sum into his (Clinton's) control.



Both Clinton and Bush Sr., working secretly together, therefore had every incentive to try to have Wanta removed permanently from the scene - Bush Sr. especially, since the Trustor had only recently annotated the misdirection of $1.0 billion, into one of Bush Sr.'s offshore accounts.



In summary, Leo Wanta was unjustly sentenced, on the basis of false witness and false charges, to jail/house arrest until the year 2015, a period of 22 years. The principal of the original $27.5 trillion, provided at a deep discount by over 200 international banks at an interest rate of 7.5% annually, for a 20-year period, falls due for repayment in 2012-2013.



But Leo Wanta is now - in mid-2006 - engaged in a global operation to recover funds of which he is Trustor - to the consternation of at least four constituencies:



? The US intelligence criminalist crooks, including two Presidents, themselves.

? Some of the mentioned criminal Presidents' associates, aides and 'gophers'.

? The Central Intelligence Agency deceivers who retailed the gross lie that Leo Wanta was dead, so that the funds could be diverted.

? The international banks that assumed that the funds would never be claimed, and which had a community of interest with their de facto intelligence co-conspirators in choosing to believe the CIA's lie that the Trustor was dead.



Faced with the fact that, on the contrary, Leo Wanta is both alive and free - and following the widespread distribution among banks of US Federal Judge Bruce Lee's Memorandum Opinion via Economic Intelligence Review in March this year - the international banks and the corrupt elements of the intelligence community faced a prospective crisis without historical precedent in the history of intergovernmental finance.



What to do?
? If they pretended it was corrupt 'business as usual', too many questions were now being asked about why the CIA had lied that the Trustor was dead.

? If they sought help from their governments, they risked exposing the precariousness of their underlying overstretched balance sheets, and revealing details of their vast off-balance sheet transactions.



It is understood that elements of the US intelligence community have been in turmoil as a consequence of these developments.



As for the banks, a number of them have tried to make out that 'there is no business relationship'. In the course of a conference call with US colleagues last March, one of these institutions, Coutts, told Christopher Story, the Publisher of International Currency Review, precisely that.



However Story has documentary proof of the existence of a relevant business relationship in the Coutts case, as in the case of many other banks worldwide where the Trustor's funds are held. Similar ploys have been attempted by certain other European banks. In some cases, bankers have even attempted to deny the existence of funds in certain Title 18, Section 6 corporate offshore accounts.



But these games have now come to an abrupt halt, following a decision by the leading governments concerned, to cooperate - rather than, as was previously the case, each government separately defending its own banks.



For the governments themselves have a common interest - to prevent this escalating crisis of confidence developing into a systemic melt-down induced by the banks' intransigeance. The stakes could hardly be greater, not least given that derivatives balances outstanding are now believed to exceed some $770 trillion.



Uncomfortably for the international banks concerned, substantial documentation has been accumulated proving the existence of relevant live accounts and banking relationships. These documents will be published in the near future - revealing that vast sums belonging to the Trustor are indeed held in the Title 18, Section 6 corporations' offshore bank accounts, and must be properly disposed of in accordance with the Trustor's legal responsibilities and official instructions.



In the meantime, it has of course been universally noticed that the international financial markets have been more than usually volatile since 10th May 2006. This volatility has had almost nothing to do with the spurious explanations typically retailed by ill-informed financial journalists working for the mainstream newspapers.



It has everything, however, to do with liquidity problems facing the banks, which have been, and continue to be, called upon to make available - in short order - colossal volumes of funds from their off-balance sheet books which they never expected to have to account for. Liquidity constraints typically reflect the fact that funds are in the wrong place, have been cross-collateralised and so cannot be released, or do not in fact exist.



It must have been hard for the banks to have been obliged to face up to the fact that the Trustor's funds are having to be replenished, replaced, and repatriated.



It is embarrassing for the CIA's professional deceivers to have been caught lying, since they take pride in their perverted professionalism, which is governed by one rule only: never get caught.



Most of all, those intelligence community criminals whose hands have been trapped in the till, must be enduring sleepless nights.



But that's the situation 'as we speak'. The banks must deliver, the crooks must be rounded up and brought to justice, and the cynical collaboration between free-wheeling intelligence criminals and international bankers with notoriously flexible morals, must be terminated. Forthwith.



Because if by any chance there is a repetition of what happened in 1989-92, and the Trustor's funds are diverted - notwithstanding the exposure of these evils that has occurred to date - it won't just be a question of bankers falling out of sailboats on Chesaspeake Bay.



According to reliable sources, seven European bankers had been arrested by early May, while three had committed suicide.



In a worst-case scenario, a number of large foreign institutions face having their assets seized in the United States if they fail to fulfil their immediate obligations to the letter.
