The Harmonic Conquest Of Space

Finally, after years of work, I discovered that I could formulate a series of harmonic unified equations which indicated that the whole of physical reality was in fact manifest by a complex pattern of interlocking wave-forms. I gradually found that the harmonic values could be applied to all branches of scientific research and atomic theory. At first I was not sure of the results I was getting but, as time went by, more and more interest was being shown by intelligence agents, government personnel and scientists in the work that I was doing, and many requests started coming in for information. Help in my work was eventually offered from these quarters but the catch was that I had to remain silent about my discoveries. This I refused to do, and still continue to battle on my own. Once I realised the importance of the material in my possession I considered it extremely dangerous for any small group of people to have complete control of it.

It was only a matter of time before I realised that the energy network formed by the grid was already known to a powerful group of international interests and scientists. It became obvious that the system had many military applications and that political advantage could be obtained by those with secret knowledge of this nature. With knowledge, it would be possible for a comparatively small group to take control of the world. I have continually asked these people for a valid moral reason why the information should not be given to the world community, and so far no answer has been given – so I carry on publishing the material I find.

One of the most startling facts that I discovered by the application of grid mathematics was that an atomic bomb is a device based on the geometrics of space and time. To be successfully detonated, the bomb must be geometrically constructed, placed on, under or over a geometric position in relation to the Earth’s surface, and activated at a specific time in relation to the geometrics of the solar system. I found that it was possible to precalculate the times of various bomb tests and the locations where it was possible to explode a bomb.

Another application of the grid unified harmonics is the production of energy. With the right know-how and with comparatively simple apparatus similar to a radio receiver, an unlimited amount of free electrical energy can be tapped from the gravitational fields inherent in the energy system. This has already been done in the past by one of the greatest technical geniuses in history, Dr. Nikola Tesla. Dr T. Henry Moray also invented apparatus that would tap gravitational energy directly.

It is said that Dr Tesla constructed a car which had an electric motor that derived its energy directly from the surrounding gravitational field. The car could reach speeds around 90 miles per hour. I would advise readers to gather all the information they can on the attainments of these two men. Their work obviously has been suppressed.

SUMMARY OF RESEARCH

This research was carried out by the Russian National Academy of
Sciences which includes: the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences,
Institute of Theoretical and Experimental Biophysics, Graphite
Scientific Research Institute, and the Institute of Physics in Ukraine

RESEARCH RESULTS

- Immune system of organisms increased upon exposure in the pyramid
(Leukocyte composition of the blood increased). Also increased
regeneration of tissues)

- Agricultural seeds placed in the pyramid for 1-5 days showed a 30-100%
increase in yield

- Russian Military radar (locator) spotted an energy column rising
several miles high in the sky above the 22m Lake Seliger pyramid.
Several months after this pyramid was built, the Ozone layer improved in
the atmosphere in Russia.

-Areas near the pyramids seem to have diminished seIsmic activity.
Instead of one large powerful earthquake occurring, there are hundreds
of tiny ones. Also violent weather seems to decrease in the area of the
pyramids.

-Pyramid complex was built in an oil field in Southern Russia
(Bashkiria). The oil became lighter (less viscous) by 30% and the yield
of the oil wells increased. These results were confirmed by (Gubkin)
Moscow Academy of Oil and Gas.

-Newborns were given solutions that had been placed in the pyramid and
their health indexes increased greatly.

-Experiments with about 5000 people in jails in Russia showed that in a
few months most crimes almost disappeared and behavior was much
improved. This was attributed to the salt and pepper added to their food
which had been placed beforehand in the Pyramid.

-The potency of pharmaceuticals increased with decreasing side effects.

- There is an increase in survival of cellular tissue infected by
viruses and bacteria – The pyramids decrease the strength of various
viruses and bacteria.

-When radioactive waste is placed inside the pyramids, there is a
decrease in their level of radioactivity

-Spontaneous charging of capacitors (leyden jaw on top and energy source?)

-Changes in superconductivity temperature thresholds and properties of
semiconductors and carbon materials.

- Ordinary water does not freeze even at 40 degrees below zero and
retains its properties for years.

-Synthesized diamonds turn out harder and purer.

It is interesting that the results seem to show that increasing the
height of the pyramid increases the quality of the results.

Everyone has heard of the "cammo dudes" who provide security at secret
sites like Area-51. Rumors are that these are retired ex-special forces
types (e.g., Green Berets, Navy SEALS) who are now employed by Whackenhut.
It is interesting to note that that they are supplementing their pensions
with new jobs -- i.e., they don't really need to work to meet living
expenses(unlike younger employees who have not yet "made their fortune").

Somewhat related, I have noticed that most of the government
"whistleblowers" who are always in the headlines seem to be seasoned
ex-employees who are no longer in their former jobs. With the exception
of a young Bob Lazar, I'm referring to Col. Philip Corso, Bob Dean, Clark
McClelland, Dan Burisch, Jacques Vallee, Robert Collins, Dan Sherman, Tom
Bearden, and others (http://www.stealthskater.com/UFO.htm ).

[For the time-being, I'm not going to include those investigators who
always seem to be in the news (e.g., Bill Hamilton, Linda Howe, Richard
Boylan, George Knapp, Bruce Maccabee, etc.) while others -- who personally
experienced life-changing events -- never get their stories carried by the
major paranormal outlets (like C2C, Rense). Indeed, one of the questions
always asked regarding legendary informant Maj. Donald Keyhoe was why he
always seemed to get privy UFO stories from the same sources that other
correspondents had access to.]

Granted, an argument could be made that people like these could forfeit
their pensions by leaking classified material. But similar to the cammo
dudes, an equally valid point could be made that the Government could be
using these former employees to propagate (either with-or-without their
knowledge) disinformation for counter-intelligence purposes (among which
would be to cover up germ warfare experiments, keep the public paranoid
and more easily trusting the protective government, and send foreign enemy
regimes on "wild goose chases").

The key question remains -- and has always been -- how to extract the
facts from the fiction.

With the advent of superstring theory (and its 10/11-dimensional
Universe), Michio Kaku wrote in his "Hyperspace" book that any physicist
"worth his salt" was visiting used bookstores for obscure texts on tensor
geometry.

With the recent remote-viewing revelations, I have noticed many
conservative "mainstream" physicists thoroughly investigating this
phenomena. Even Robert Bigelow (NIDS) funded a Chair for Consciousness
Studies at UNLV. What's going on here?

Unless these guys (seemingly independent of each other) are being led
along a clever disinfo ploy, I would think the "where there's smoke,
there's usually fire" adage would apply here. What is it that they know
(or sense) that would make them drop their former "nuts-and-bolts"
methodologies to pursue something that would have been classified as
"metaphysical"-or-taboo 10 years ago?

And could this goal be related to the suppressed research of Wilhelm Reich
(http://www.stealthskater.com/PX.htm#Reich ) or Royal Rife
(http://www.stealthskater.com/Medical.htm )? The psychoanalyst Carl Jung
initially thought UFOs (and similar phenomena) were related more toward
consciousness than to some physical entity as we would normally think.
Jacques Vallee's essays (http://www.stealthskater.com/UFO.htm#Vallee )
seem to echo this point.

Even if we had the technology to Star-Trek across the Universe, how would
we know ahead-of-time where to go? A solution would be to "scout" for
inhabited areas using remote-viewing tools rather than just go blindly
exploring. (Note that Tom Skeggs proposed a "Star Chamber" which would
allow for real-time interaction by projecting holographic images of
remote-viewers => http://www.stealthskater.com/PX.htm#StarChamber .) If
it would work for us, then it would work for "them". Maybe "their"
remote-viewing is so advanced that "they" could project an actual craft (a
la the "Star Chamber") which would quantum decohere at command (similar to
UNITEL's MQT => http://www.stealthskater.com/UNITEL.htm ). Note the
recent interest in teleportation (both informational and biological) by
IBM and others (also see famed missing person Philip Taylor Kramer =>
http://www.stealthskater.com/Science.htm#Kramer ).

Some people see UFOs all-the-time while others -- even standing in the
formers' presence -- see nothing at all. The same thing applies to
experiencing paranormal events. Although all of us supposedly have
dormant capabilities, remote-viewers have these "unlocked" through some
freak accident (e.g., a blow to the head) or some abnormality at birth.
Zen/Hindu/Buddhist practitioners report "flying around rooms" during their
meditations. Are these hallucinations similar to those brought on by
drugs? Or are they reporting back something that might be occurring in
another dimension/reality?

I wonder how many visionaries have had their minds "unlocked" to be able
to discern different realities (assuming that these exist). Carl Sagan
was one who had a tremendous addiction to marijuana and wrote essays on it
while in college under an alias. I used to work with an electronics
engineer who played in a band. According to him, songwriters' most
creative moments are during drunkenness or "smoking weed". I also worked
with a single mother who was a very devout religious person. If she took
any "drugs" at all, it would be those to battle depression. But only
because we were close friends did she confide in me that at times she saw
entities like "E.T". I forget whether these were in daylight hours or
during her dreams. But it scared her because they seemed so real. And
she didn't want to see such things.

I have often wondered if the secret to "UFOs" (and similar phenomena)
might be some sort of consciousness Macro-quantum decohering (like
"Forbidden Planet"s monsters from the ID). That would explain the
morphing of dissimilar shapes and instantaneous disappearances. But what
consciousness is tapped to make these things "solidify" to be real enough
to return signals from a tracking radar? I wouldn't like to think that
"John Doe" down the street is causing a UFO to appear.

I feel that the major clue lies in the fact that UFO sightings coincide
with nuclear weapons explosions. The modern-day mass sightings started
after the first WWII-era detonations. And they ceased with the worldwide
moratorium on further tests (either atmospheric or underground) in the
late-1980s.

As I noted before, even a documentary was made with the "rub your nose in
the dirt" title of "Where Are All The UFOs?". And the moderator was none
other than Leonard Nimoy ("Mr. Spock" himself!) To me, that seemed almost
"sacrilegious" -- I wondered how much money the Government was paying him.

I had heard that most major governments have known for quite some time
what the "UFOs" are and why "they" appear where "they" do. Apparently, it
is connected with nuclear events. And also apparently (as from the above
documentary), the Powers-That-Be seem to be saying that the phenomena is a
thing of the past.

While archiving Carey Sublette's essays on nuclear weapons
(http://www.stealthskater.com/Nuke.htm ), I came across something about a
small -- but critical -- part of the standard Department-of-Energy (former
Atomic Energy Commission) 'Q'-clearance is something that is privy to only
those "in the loop". It has nothing to do with the physics, manufacture,
or blast/radiation effects of nuclear weapons. These are all well-known
in the unclassified mainstream community. Add to that that there are
supposedly some effects/events of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki blasts that
are still classified top-secret.

Perhaps it's my imagination, but I started thinking that hypothetical
Tesla scalar waves, timeline damage, and even dimensional tearing could be
affected by nuke events. If consciousness does exist within several
magnitudes of the Planck length
(http://www.stealthskater.com/Science.htm#Emergent ), maybe these events
are killing off "souls".

The common belief is that these are causing off-planet aliens to arrive.
The nuke tests may be threatening "their" existences somehow. Or maybe
dimensional tears or portals result that allow "them" to enter our
reality. A twist to this postulation (from the Burisch camp) is that
"they" are what we will evolve into and that "they" want to preserve their
destiny.

Those theories are easy to accept. Occam's Razor should rule here. But
that in itself makes me suspicious. It sounds too convenient.
Remote-viewers (like Joe McMoneagle and Tom Skeggs -- on the
http://www.stealthskater.com/PX.htm page) report that images are stronger
and take on more vivid colors when they are around a strong energy source
(e.g., nuclear).

Then there are reports of holographic portals being created in places like
Los Alamos National Laboratories (Wen Ho Lee -
http://www.stealthskater.com/Documents/Boylan_1.doc ). Couple that with
Dr. Fred Alan Wolf's admission of accidental dimensional "bleedthroughs"
(the Bosoks Project - http://www.stealthskater.com/Bolt.htm#Bosoks ) and
the fabled Sherman ranch & Black Forest portals
(http://www.stealthskater.com/PX.htm#Portals ). Now you are unwittingly
bringing in the Philadelphia Experiment and Montauk Project under the same
"umbrella" as UFOs.

I've even heard of theories where nuke events can generate obscure
subatomic particles (like "strangelets") that can snake across the
Universe and cause destructive effects. For instance, causing the Sun to
"switch gears" in its nuclear furnace and nova more quickly. (Why has
NASA been sending up satellites to measure the Earth's magnetic field and
observe the Sun continually for decades? Those things should be
more-or-less static by now and not require sending up new satellites every
year-or-two.)

If the ET-human co-op reverse-engineering program rumors are valid, then
the consciousness-engineering part
(http://www.stealthskater.com/Consciousness.htm ) would surely represent
the "new physics" (magic) so often quoted by "whistleblowers". It would
be as much of a challenge for the ETs to retrofit their psycho-reactive
components into our "nuts-and-bolts" technology as it would be for us.
And "they" probably could only do so much (ergo giving credence to Corso's
claim that some of the "nut file" wreckage still can't be figured out).

In summary, it appears that nuke tests directly relate to UFO-type events.
The key question is whether cessation of the former is: (1) because of
physical damage to (a) Universal dimensions (inc. "timelines", Hawkings'
"Multiverse", Tegmark's "parallel worlds"), (b) Earth's magnetic fields,
or (c) our Sun -OR- (2) (i) threatening off-planet aliens' existence,
(ii) opening up "portals" to allow aliens to come into our world, or (iii)
somehow allowing mental energy (consciousness from some source) to assume
physical reality.

Whatever is going on -- i.e., what all of us are trying to find out --
seems to be so CRITICAL that it caused suspension of all nuclear tests
worldwide. And I'm guessing that revelation of the truth would cause
National Security issues (if one broadly defines a "national security"
threat is anything that would undermine a government's ability to maintain
law-and-order).

New Life for Old Transmitters: Converting GWEN to NDGPS

The recent conversion of two Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) sites in Annapolis and Hagerstown, Md., to Nationwide Differential Global Positioning System (NDGPS) broadcast stations is the latest chapter in the emerging NDGPS.

Whether mapping the natural resources of the largest state or determining the precise boundaries of a family farm, the practical applications of NDGPS are expanding exponentially. (Two previous Public Roads articles —"A More Precise Sense of Where We Are," Vol. 63, No. 4, January/February 2000, pages 7-13, and "New Applications Make NDGPS More Pervasive," Vol. 64, No. 4, January/February 2001, pages 39-43 — describe the emerging NDGPS and its burgeoning number of civilian uses.)

In a nutshell, this nationwide system of 300-foot- (91-meter-) high broadcast towers is being created to improve the accuracy of the positioning information obtained via radio signals emitted by the Global Positioning System (GPS) satellites traveling in orbit around the Earth.

In 1994, the departments of Transportation, Commerce, and Defense, which were looking for ways to improve the information provided by GPS, recommended the expansion of the Coast Guard's differential global positioning system (DGPS) system. They also noted that the U.S. Air Force, which operated GWEN, planned to decommission the network and its 53 transmitters across the country. In a subsequent field test, it was demonstrated that these transmitters, which operated on frequencies near the Coast Guard DGPS radio-beacon frequencies, could be successfully used to provide navigational information for surface transportation applications. The Department of Transportation (DOT), which was designated in 1996 as the lead agency for all federal civil GPS matters, determined that conversion of the GWEN transmitters would save the Air Force $6 million in decommissioning costs, while decreasing NDGPS deployment costs by $10 million.

The process of converting existing GWEN sites to NDGPS sites is relatively simple, compared to the engineering feat of developing the system. The state of Maryland owns the land on which the Annapolis and Hagerstown GWEN sites are located. The Air Force leased the land from Maryland, so the lease had to be transferred to DOT. In addition, the leased property needed to be resurveyed and expanded slightly to accommodate additional equipment. The Coast Guard worked with Maryland's Department of Public Works to meet all the requirements. Although governmental approvals for the Annapolis site took about eight months due to unanticipated delays, all approvals for the Hagerstown site were secured within about four weeks from start to finish. The average cost of a conversion is about $300,000 to $400,000 for the survey, equipment, and construction of the site.

There are several major steps to convert a GWEN facility into an NDGPS facility. The first step is to replace the GWEN electronics in the equipment shelter with two racks of GPS equipment. One rack contains a transmitter, and the other has the GPS receivers and communications equipment. This takes place in Portsmouth, Va., at the Coast Guard's Command and Control Engineering Center (C2CEN). Equipment shelters are shipped to C2CEN where they are stripped and refurbished. This process includes replacement of the air-conditioning units with new, more efficient, and environmentally friendly units.

Once the shelter is ready, it is shipped to the site where the existing equipment shelter is removed and the refurbished shelter is installed. The removed shelter is then shipped back to C2CEN for refurbishment so it is ready for the next site.

Prior to the arrival of the refurbished shelters, the concrete foundations for the two reference station towers are installed along with cable runs to bring the cabling from the equipment hut to the reference station tower.

While the concrete is hardening, the new antenna coupler is installed in the antenna tuning unit at the base of the broadcast tower. The only difficulty with doing this is reconnecting the antenna cables and ensuring that the coupler is secure.

Once the concrete has hardened sufficiently, the reference station masts are installed, the refurbished equipment huts are set in place, and any associated cabling is run from the equipment hut to the reference station masts, and any other wiring that is needed is installed and connected. The reference station masts and the refurbished huts are installed at the same time so that the crane is only called to the site one time.

Miscellaneous tasks that occur as time allows include maintenance on the backup diesel generator, weed control, etc.

When all is ready, the equipment is put through its final check and, if all is fine, begins broadcasting DGPS corrections.

An interagency group of technical people, the NDGPS Policy and Implementation Team, recommends policy for the implementation of the NDGPS system, including establishing priorities for converting GWEN sites to NDGPS.

The practical applications of NDGPS include grand applications and simple ones. For example, the state of Alaska plans to survey the entire state to map out natural resources and roads accurately. To accomplish this by traditional survey methods would cost about $100 million. Alaska transportation officials are convinced that an aerial survey with NDGPS will be more accurate than a land survey and will probably be much less costly.

To survey Alaska — a state with more than 570,000 square miles (almost 1.5 million square kilometers) of land — with NDGPS presents significant challenges: setting up 14 NDGPS sites, grappling with severe weather, getting to remote sites to set up the equipment, providing power to the sites, and coping with permafrost ground conditions in constructing the sites. However, if the funds are available to tackle the task, the result will be an extremely accurate picture of the natural and man-made landscape.

South Carolina has been particularly creative in its use of NDGPS. It is making road surveys more accurate to enhance 911 emergency response times and is using data obtained from NDGPS to update its tax maps.

The service has immediate practical application to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Various conservation programs provide money to farmers for taking their fields out of crop production and putting them into trees or warm season grasses to reduce runoff into local streams and waterways. Quite often, survey markers have become lost and must be resurveyed. The traditional methods are expensive and can take time. With the NDGPS and a plat of the property, it is relatively easy to relocate the markers and determine the area that is covered under the program. We worked with the Natural Resource Conservation Service on a site in Maryland to demonstrate how easy this process was. Using an NDGPS receiver and having one survey point clearly visible, it was easy to generate a bearing and distance to find the remaining survey markers.

DOT currently has 25 operational NDGPS sites with an additional 55 planned before the end of 2004. In addition, the Coast Guard and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers already have 55 maritime NDGPS sites, creating a seamless network over most of the country.

Many of the sites are located in rural areas, resulting in fewer neighborhood complaints, little vandalism, and little or no incursion into environmentally sensitive areas. DOT prefers to lease sites from the owners, many of whom are private citizens, so that the properties will stay on the tax rolls when DOT no longer needs them.

Scalar Heaven or Hell:
Psychoenergetics

Worlds beyond the daily affairs in human consciousness on earth, there are worlds we cannot dream of. There is in this "I Am" that I am, a tribe, I am a Tribe within me, the voices of many, our criss-crossed thoughts intermingling: this tribe, I feel, is the "collective unconscious," an entity of the time dimension, and it is within us, and two dimensions beyond our 3-D world. Infolded into the time domain two times, which is to say a world beyond our ordinary consciousness.

Mind is of the time domain, it is "time-like," it is a scalar electromagnetic manifestation. If the mind is in fact a scalar phenomenon, then it might be able to feel a contact from other scalar phenomena, and be influenced by them. If Tom Bearden's scalar electromagnetic theory is correct, then mind-influencing and mind-reading devices are possible. And in fact they are already built and operable.

If scalar scientist Tom Bearden is correct, then the whole world is facing a dire new crisis. Then we have entered the terrifying new reality of mass mind control. If in fact they have already mastered the remote control of a man's mind, causing, via scalar interferometry, thoughts to arise in the mind of that man, which he considers to be his own thought, then all mankind including our collective unconscious faces terrible possibilities from this new and secret science being used in an evil way.

Because the mind is scalar, in its contact with the Time Domain, only scalar electromagnetic interferometry works at the level of the mind itself. And it must work beautifully! Like the other powers of scalar electromagnetism it is a phenomenon that could be used to immense good, if used by good people. But as always in man's history it seems the "bad guys" get a hold of everything first. When used in psychoenergetics mode the interference patterns in the interference zone of the longitudinal waves are the very stuff of mind itself, and so they can be very precise and strong. Their powers range from hypnogogic trance to the "entrained mind," to feeling a strong intent, to an obsession to do an act, to confusion, to a deep induced sleep, or a dreamlike state, or all the way up to psychotic and deranged, or even a triggering of the very pleasure center of the brain itself. Bliss or psychic hell at the flip of a switch.

I believe Bearden has stumbled upon an entirely new way to understand what everything is, not only the world of matter but also the energy of the void, the ocean of the time domain filled with these immaterial "longitudinal waves." And it is the greatest discovery in the history of mankind. It is exploding with an incredible new array of possibilities of things never dreamed of, and it must be surrendered now, from the secret organizations which possess this technology, for the betterment of all the People of the earth. Not to release this knowledge is a tremendous crime against humanity.

It must be always be remembered that the psychoenergetics weapons can bring a true new wave of beneficent possibilities. The science of electromagnetic healing of the human mind is a science yet to born. Patterns can found to help the mind heal, perhaps analogously to the time-reversal in the physical cells in the parallel field of bioenergetics. Perhaps the mind can also undergo a kind of time-reversal, to a previous and more healthy state of mind. It should be easily possible to have settings that, when activated, all minds within the interference zone would feel keenly awake, refreshed, empty of sadness, at one's very best. Think of that!

And there could be patterns to produce various healthy "psychedelic states," so that people would not want use drugs. The scalar wave "toys" could be very well eliminate most drug use around the world. Portable interferometers would give current drug users a "hit" of the desired state of consciousness, and thus obviate the need for drugs. You could have a pair of interferometer antennae strapped to your hands and thus alter the scalar patterns, in your mind, by the movement of your hands. All of this would simply feel like "your" mind. Dancing with such a device would be very interesting.

Another possibly pleasant, possibly frightening application might be this: A Scalar Mind-Dome Dance Floor. Multiple interferometers completely surround the floor (Mind Channels). Everyone wears a light battery operated headset. The headset contains its own interferometer to read the scalar patterns of the dancer's mind and broadcast it to the computers of the main big interferometers. Here they are sent (or not sent) out over the dancers on the big round dance floor. In the headset receiver there are channels (the main interferometers) which can be turned on and off on the headset.. So one can dance and feel oneself to be another, to have the others' thoughts arising in my self. But I will think that the others' thoughts are my own!! (And lovers will turn all the others off!) And with all the channels on, no man on earth has yet experienced what that will be like. All the others are in my mind?! I am all the others?!

Indeed the new field Psychoenergetic Entertainment is yet to be born. It exists already in the minds of visionaries, but certain negative scalar mind-influencing devices already exist and are operating secretly. (Instead of building psychic weapons first, I wish they had invented Psychoenergetic Entertainment instead.

Another application would a kind of mind-meld Holodeck, as in Star Trek. One could go on adventures with friends. Computer games where you actually enter the rooms in a trance-like space and you can hear the thoughts of your friends as you explore the inner mental patterns.

I am suggesting these applications just off the top of the head as examples of slightly positive and beneficial possibilities of benign use of new discovery of the engineerability of the time domain. One needs to remember these positive possibilities to offset the "TERROR OF THE SITUATION," the other frightening things that are now possible, and in fact being done.

Bearden recounts The Strange Case of Captain Button in his A-10 "Warthog" aircraft on April 2, 1997:

"Over Arizona, Captain Button was thrown into a hypnogogic state, and his perceptions instantly altered and controlled. In his instant "dream-waking" state, everything seemed perfectly normal. His sense of direction was altered a bit more than 90 degrees, so he simply corrected and turned and "flew toward the range", actually flying off course by more than 90 degrees and ignoring radio contacts. He flew right on out of Arizona."

"At one point he circled, probably thinking he was over the range, and he probably dropped his ordnance there. Then he "flew on back toward home," as he thought in his waking dream state, until his fuel ran out and he crashed and died in the explosion?dream-thinking until he died that everything was normal. All the while, his sense of the passage of time was altered. To him, in his dream-thinking, dream-acting state, everything was normal and nothing untoward had happened. So the distant KGB transmitters and associated psychoenergetics team controlled him for over an hour.

If indeed the strange case of Captain Buttons was a Soviet test of a longitudinal interferometer in psychoenergetics mode, then the possibility exists now to, say, make everyone in New York City suddenly fall down asleep; or remain awake, but in a deep hypnotic trance! If this were timed with instructions, suddenly broadcasting on all media, the result could be phenomenal. Suddenly everyone in the city starts going to a specified place! Suppose it was Sheep's Meadow in Central Park? Very fast there would be a crowd there filling the whole place! Intent would be felt in everyone's mind to board one of the waiting buses... and so on. As far as anything else goes, you would feel fine. You would feel that everything was going on correctly and that nothing out of the ordinary was happening.

Now consider that there is an uprising of some kind. The masters of scalar weapons can take care of that very nicely. If it is a local affair, the twin antennae trucks arrive and arrange their positions to place the interference zone over the rioting crowd. Or it is done by remote interferometers targeting its exact latitude and longitude of that place. Known (empirical) patterns for, say, "Everything's Nice and Peaceful", and "I Want to Go Home" are placed onto the interference zone triggering those thought patterns to arise (resonate) in all the minds in the target zone.

Psychoenergetics ushers in a new age in which the total control of mass populations is now made possible using longitudinal waves, the waves the mind itself uses in its natural operations. These new pyschoenergetic weapons can bring humans a heaven, or they can bring a mental hell.

The most obvious evil-genius first-level scheme might be to have everyone in the many giant target areas feel that everything is okay. A cautious first step. Nobody is worried about anything except the regular stuff they are to do. Thus do we broadcast apathy. To get the populace used to things we are going to do we simply broadcast the idea of that thing a bit in advance of the changes that are coming. That way nobody minds what we are doing. It was all foreseen and seems normal.

After doing all that you might want to set several interferometers set very wide and broadcasting an overall light feeling of fear. Also a continuous light hypnotic state of suggestibility. (Now you can say: The people are sleeping?) You are well on your way to creating a kind of human ant-world. All the workers are hard working and enjoy doing that. (Remember, to keep peace, everyone enjoys what they are doing).

Supposing Russia just won a scalar war against the United States and was proceeding to take over by doing the aforementioned things. They had begun early one morning, and within 15 minutes all the centralized electrical power-hubs were put well out of business and North America was without power all at once, and for months to come. Then they had rendered all our missiles inoperable in their silos. If any missile was missed or was fired it was detected by the Russians' Woodpecker Grid and put out of commission with the same scalar interferometers. Over all military bases they had induced hypnogogic trance and all the personnel were sitting quietly, doing nothing. America is instantly rendered to its knees and is powerless. Energetics combined with psychoenergetics is an unbeatable weapon.

Length of this World War: a few hours, a day at the most. Depending on whether takeover was desired, or mere destruction.

And after the war the psychoenergetics really begins, to render the defeated Americans into being docile, submitting, obedient, suggestible, fearful, and with all that, happy in a dopey kind of way.

The broadcasting of memes directly electromagnetically to a whole populace at once is a fearsome power to have. You could make the whole nation come and bow at your feet if you wanted to. There are very many disastrous things that could be done, and may be done in the near future. The possibilities so boggle the mind that one hesitates to continue the train of thought.

Beyond these basic examples there is an even more terrifying realm which involves the direct engineering of the world-wide juman collective unconscious itself. Tampering with what we are as a species directly, and influencing what we inherit. The very sense of presence of the species itself could be altered in many ways, "from the inside out" so to speak. The thought of having the power to do this makes me tremble. I tremble for us all.

Will we just simply wake up changed one day? One day like any other day but everything is changed in our minds? Without knowing it, overnight, we have been programmed to be living robots, uncomplaining servants of The Empire. What is the defense of my mind against an attack like that? It would appear I would be unable to ward off the silent slippage in the mind into robotic control. The things made possible by the advent of psychoenergetics are far beyond what Huxley or Orwell were able to imagine in their morose tomes.

Perhaps that is key to the real "Jedi Training." To have such self awareness and control of one's mind as to be beyond the reach of these new "Psycho-howitzers." Like the Zen Buddhist monk already be functioning one dimension beyond our own. (And thus their moves may sometimes appear incomprehensible, as in Castaneda's figure of Don Juan). The coming true High Jedi Knight will have been trained using powerful interferometers, and will have raised his resistance to induced thought to a great degree. Such people could move in and out of the interference zones without succumbing.

On the black market you will be able to buy a headset or helmet which will nullify the broadcasts of the interferometers. These will probably be declared totally illegal, and the people in the interference zone, of course, will be thinking: "Yes, they should be illegal. We ALL need to just settle down."

So the Jedi may sometimes use helmets, or sometimes the power of their own mental training.

Give up about ever hearing anything about all of this in the Corporate Media or in the Mainstream Press. Those are the very companies trying to keep all this secret. They don't want it known that it is now possible to alter the mental state from a remote location using scalar waves. Perhaps they feel that at the current time the human race could not bear knowing that. The use of it will be upon us before we have even realized it and become convinced of the possibility.

There is a further disastrous device which has been invented and deployed in Russia and perhaps other places. It is called the Quantum Potential Weapon. Bearden says little about it, or is not allowed to say. He says he is still trying to figure it out. He says it can be used to "broadcast" even physical disease over a wide populace without the need of the infectious organism itself. I have no idea what it is or how it works. It is probably even more mind-boggling than the longitudinal interferometers.

And that is how we are entering this Brave New World in 2003. At the scalar level it looks quite different from the silly version of reality projected by mainstream media. It is a murky world of maneuvering among the various possessors of these new instruments. Let us hope that the worst of the possibilities will be avoided somehow, because it might not just alter what is around us, our life, but what are, as people, itself.
