Some say Bishop Hnilica is a bagman for the Black Pope, involved in ripping-off the Vatican Bank and deceiving people while earning millions from contrived Mother Mary sightings.

When miracles happen and bank scandals erupt, Jesuit Bishop Pavol Hnilica always seems to be nearby, waiting to seize the moment and pocket a quick buck.



Bishop Hnilica, the Slovak Bishop who has worked to spread the message of Fatima in Russia, claims to be a man of God, a holy man sworn to the vows of poverty, chastity and obedience.



But others claim he is nothing more than a bank swindler and street thug who ripped off money from the Vatican Bank for his Jesuit masters and created phony apparitions of the Virgin Mary, pocketing millions of dollars in the process for the wealthy and corrupt Jesuits.



In fact, some say he might as well be the devil himself, as his involvement in the 1982 Vatican Bank scandal and the murder of Roberto Calvi, chairman of the Bank of Ambrosiano, is enough evidence to lay considerable doubt on Hnilica's priestly character and supposed holy intentions.



And for a supposed Bishop and man of the cloth, the following charges are shocking.



In 1993, he faced allegations by an Italian court over the Vatican Bank rip-off, connecting him to members of the P2 Masonic Lodge and the Mafia, as he was tagged by insiders as the Jesuit General's controller and manipulator of the deceased former head of the Vatican Bank, Archbishop Paul Marcinkus, who died two three months ago in Phoenix.



At one point in the investigation Hnilica even faced three and a half years in jail for his part in the largest bank heist in Italian history, but later through backdoor payoffs and bribery he escaped any jail time, being exonerated of all charges without even as much as a slap on the wrist from the Back Pope or Pope John Paul II.



Further, this never stopped the globetrotting Bishop from continuing his "scamming ways", as he traveled all over the world to stimulate many types of alleged "apparitions", including "Lady of all Nations" apparition in Amsterdam and the Virgin Mary apparition in Bosnia at Medjugorje.



With business booming in the phony miracle trade, in 1997 Hnilica started a new magazine, the luxuriously edited "Triumph of the Heart", which especially propagated Amsterdam. Together with his community, "The Family of Mary" and his associate Father P. Sigl, he even succeeded in infiltrating the house and chapel of Ida Peerdeman, the woman who originally was set up to propagate the visions of the Mother Mary.



To understand the Our Lady of the Nations scam orchestrated by Hnilica in recent years, it's important to know the visions of Peerdeman from 1945-1959 were always held in grave doubt by high ranking church members until may 31, 2002, when local Bishop Punt came to the conclusion that the messages of Amsterdam were not of suspicious origin.

And according to Mark Waterinckx who filed a formal objection to Church officials, the local Bishop was strong-armed by Hnilica and other Jesuits in order to keep "the holy cash cow" making money no matter what evidence surfaced to the contrary.



"According to the 'Criterion of the Holy Office (Card. Seper 1978),' the facts of any apparition case have to be examined thoroughly before hand. This was done repeatedly by several former bishops of Haarlem, always with a clear, negative result," said Waterinckx in his formal objection filed Aug. 28, 2002.



"This was always confirmed by Rome. In the text of 25.08.1961 (prot. nr.511/53) the Holy Office writes: "that the whole matter is closed and there is no room for further action". See, amongst others, the texts of the Holy Office of 24.05.1972, 25.05.1974 and 26.04.1987).



"However, under the influence of Bishop Hnilica, who has been involved with the propagation of a number of non-recognized and even condemned "alleged apparitions," i.e., Teresa Lopez, of Denver, also Vassula Ryden, and Medjugorje) and Rev. Father P. Klos (now suspended by Cardinal Simonis and revoked by his s.s.s. order), the public devotion to Mary under the title "Lady of all Nations" was authorized by Bishop Bomers and assistant Bishop Punt on 31.05.1996. At this time a distinction was expressly made between the title and the "apparitions' and "messages". No judgment was passed about the supernatural character of the "apparitions" and the contents of "the messages".



Regarding Bishop Punt's decision to authorize the Amsterdam apparition as valid, Waternckx continued, lambasting Church authority for not controlling Hnilica and Bishop Punt for lying about organizing an official commission of inquiry before validating the Amsterdam apparitions.



"In my letter of 10.03.1999 to Bishop Punt, at that time apostolic administrator of Haarlem, I requested that I be heard by the commission of inquiry about Amsterdam," said Waternincxk. "On 23.05.1999, Bishop Punt declared there will be no inquiry about the authenticity of the "apparitions". It only is a question of making an inventory of the "fruits"...



"In my letter of 01.10.1999, I expressed my surprise about the fact that Bishop Punt was not interested in an inquiry concerning the authenticity of the "apparitions" of Amsterdam. I again proposed that I be heard by his "fruits-inquiring-commission". On 26.10.1999, Bishop Punt answered that, when his commission would be installed he would not object in any way to my being heard. He also wrote that the question about the authenticity could not be answered without Rome.



"On 31.05.2002, Bishop Punt suddenly declared the origin of the "apparitions" of Amsterdam to be supernatural. My Conclusion: Bishop Punt has NOT been loyal to the utterances of previous bishops and towards Rome. He REFUSED to start a commission of inquiry concerning the authenticity. He did NOT keep his word to let me testify.



Waternincxk also objected to the credibility of Peederman's 56 supposed apparitions during a 15 year period, saying she was deluded and compromised while questioning her character and motives. Further he objected to the many outrageous messages given supposedly given by the Virgin Mary and subsequently passed around as New World Order propaganda.



From testimonies collected during the long period during which she worked for the firm Boldoot it seems Ida Peerdeman behaved in a rather egocentric and pretentious way rather than with humility," said Waterincxk. "She demanded to be treated with all respect BECAUSE she had been chosen by heaven to be a seer. Sometimes she remained absent from her work because she expected an "apparition" of the "Lady". Because of her unpredictable and arrogant behaviour she was finally dismissed. In 1946 Ida's employer died. In Mr. Boldoot's inheritance was found a first version of the "messages" to Ida, called the "Boldoot Visions".



"In a later version - the notorious "Blue Booklet" - changes had been made. Also some striking out had been used. Perhaps this was because some of the first visions contained too much nonsense. Amongst other points, it is said the "Lady of all Nations" made a movement suggesting she will undress herself (07.10.1945). Also there is the example of Ida allegedly seeing the bellicose General von Hentsz appear; or saying that the Dutch Government must keep its power in Dutch India; or that under the reign of king Leopold, Belgium would split, etc...



"Ida Peerdeman had her own contact person in the Vatican, namely the Dutch priest, Mgr. Van Lierde who, for a long time had officiated as the Pope's sexton. This Mgr. Van Lierde was well known for his contacts with a number of alleged "seers." He even entered into a mystical marriage with the Canadian Marie-Paule Gigu貥, who founded "Mary's Army" after she had left "The Legion of Mary". Her movement was forbidden by the Canadian Bishops' conference in 1987. At the same time the DEVOTION and the PRAYER of the "LADY OF ALL NATIONS" WAS FORBIDDEN (cf. Canon 839, par. 2)."



Regarding the suspicious messages from Mary, he added:



"The "Lady" said that the successor of Pius XII would proclaim the dogma ("message" of 19.02.1958). Pope John XXIII REFUSED to do so.



"The "Lady" said Ida Peerdeman's bishop (at that time bishop Huibers) would give his consent to build the church the "Lady" had shown to Ida. ("message" of 31.05.1954). This did NOT happen.



"On 29.03.1946, the "Lady" clenched her FIST. On 10.12.1950 the "Lady" obliged Ida to clench her FIST and it is as if the "Lady" herself banged on the table with her fist. (the humble Virgin as a rebellious feminist?)



"The "Lady" says: "In Manchuria a terrible insurrection will break out ("message" of 10.12.1950)



"The "Lady" says: "The Order is red with blood" (idem)



"In the new church to be built, the "Lady" shows Ida the altar of the "Lady of all Nations," which must be on the SAME height as the main altar ("message" of 20.03.1953). My only conclusion is that the so-called "messages" of Amsterdam which are sensational, and full of absurd things and false predictions."



Finally, Waternincxk strongly objected to Hnilica's manipulations, but it should be noted the formal complaint filed in 2002 never was acted upon by the Vatican , as Hnilica has been allowed to scam people in other apparitions like at Medjugorje in Bosnia.



"In 1997 Bishop Hnilica, with the consent of both Bishop Bomers and Bishop Punt, organized the first international conference in Amsterdam There he maintained that the "messages" of Amsterdam contained the third secret of Fatima. His assistant Fr. Sigl declared the "messages" of Amsterdam to be authentic, but at the same time said he did not want to anticipate the judgment of the Church...



"During the second Amsterdam meeting in 1998 a letter, signed by the Prioress of the Coimbra Carmel, was read, in which she joined with the prayers in Amsterdam. This was applauded. It was interpreted as Sister Lucia of Fatima's approval of the "apparitions" in Amsterdam Yet later on (on 21.12.1998) the same Prioress wrote "that somebody from Amsterdam had begged her to send such a letter and that Sister Lucia was NOT making any statements about Amsterdam, about which she scarcely knew anything.



"During the third meeting in Adam in 1999 a group which PRETENDED to be members of the Austrian "Blue Army" of Fatima handed over two statues of the Amsterdam "Lady" (having similar features as Our Lady of Fatima) to Bishop Punt with the request that he crown them with a little crown "blessed" by the Pope. Apparently the Pope did not actually bless these crowns for that specific purpose. The International Secretariat of the World Apostolate of Fatima let me know later on that they had NO section of the Blue Army in Austria, and that their so-called leader, Fernando Andreotta was unknown to them. Before this, the management of the Fatima Apostolate in the Netherlands had expressly asked bishop Punt NOT to misuse the name of Fatima during the Amsterdam manifestation.



"After the fourth Amsterdam conference in 2000, it was said that a fifth one would NOT be organized. Yet in 2001, the international conferences were replaced by a multiple national Amsterdam meetings in many separate countries, thus allowing people to be further manipulated.



"My final conclusion is Bishop Punt made a serious error in recognizing the Amsterdam "apparitions" (under Hnilica's command). He has ignored the well-founded negative judgments of all his predecessors and Rome. In doing this it can be argued that he has created much future trouble for the Church, and also that he has acted in a subjective, imprudent, and even irresponsible way.



"In the name of those many faithful Catholics of common sense and a still healthy Biblical Marian devotion, I urgently ask for the ANNULMENT of Bishop Punt's recognition (31.05.2002) of the "apparitions" in Amsterdam and the ANNULMENT of the recognition (31.05.1996) of the public devotion (title, picture, painting, prayer). My only aim is to serve the truth and the Catholic Church."

Vatican In Possession Of Top Secret CIA Documents About Nuclear Weapons Programs, According To Discovery Made Recently In Northern California Federal Court Case Involving Vatican Bank
Experts were shaking their heads over the shocking discovery, as Church critics were questioning what the Vatican was doing with sensitive CIA documents ultimately involved in protecting national security interests of the United States.

What really goes on in the underground catacombs of the Vatican has always been a deep, dark mystery. Over the years, disenchanted priests and unwilling eye witnesses have come forward with horrific tales of child sacrificing.



But now according to an explosive CIA document - never before made public - top Church officials have also been hiding under their black robes sensitive secret documents about high-powered rockets, atomic energy and nuclear weapons.



A top secret 1947 CIA document, never declassified, surfaced last week during a deposition in the case of Alperin v. Vatican Bank. The case filed on behalf of Emil Alperin and others against the Vatican Bank aka Institute of Religious Works (IOR) in the United States District Court for Northern California deals with an accounting of World War II assets allegedly looted by Church officials from Yugoslavia.



Although the case is "strange enough," according to court observers, as the trail of numerous illegal Vatican bank accounts is like following a winding river to hell, experts left the deposition in Northern California last week shaking their heads in disbelief over the startling discovery of sensitive CIA national U.S. national security documents in the hands of the Vatican hierarchy.



It has long been theorized that the Vatican has held knowledge of atomic secrets, but this report now raises serious questions that the Vatican hierachy may play a key role in manipulating and guiding the outcome of world affairs.



According to a source close to the federal court case, the CIA document obtained from an internal Vatican source specifically detailed the "Secret Scientific Axis" as it existed in 1947.



The document classified "Secret," apparently never declassified by the U.S. government, came from the files of X2 in Rome, a secret code name for the infamous CIA spook, James Jesus Angleton, who later became CIA Chief of Counter Intelligence.



Angleton resigned from the CIA in disgrace in 1974 after his domestic spying came to light. And according to a source close to the case, how the Vatican Bank came into possession of the document is still unclear.



The 1947 document describes an investigation of certain Italian fascists termed the "Secret Scientific Axis" by Angleton. These Italians including a priest, Fr. Eusebio Zappaterreni, held Third Reich secrets about V1, V2, and V3 rockets, atomic energy and nuclear weapons.



The ultimate outcome of the investigation into the newly discovered CIA documents is unknown, but it provided further fuel to the fire that the Vatican has had more than just a passing interest in nuclear weapons.

Researchers and writers, Barry Chamish and Eric Phelps, have both insisted for years that the Vatican has been in possession of nuclear secrets, acting as a war promoter instead of peacemaker.



The documents and the Vatican's close association with Angleton, according to critics, serve as another clear example how Church officials have always attempted to control and manipulate world affairs.



The story of Angleton is well known, but the CIA recruited him shortly after its formation, and he continued his counter-intelligence activities there, first returning to Rome and his previous counter-intelligence position, where the knowledge of cryptography he had obtained from MkUltra is said to have served him well. He turned his attentions to the KGB and the Soviet nuclear weapons program with its probable reliance on technology leaked from the American Manhattan Project.



According to a short summary that follows of his activities in Wikipedia, further details about Angleton's connection with the Vatican are not indicated, but the possession of the nuclear weaponry documents may show the Vatican either using or working with Angleton to play both sides against the middle.



"Some of this information and subsequent leaks which helped the Soviets develop the hydrogen bomb were made by way of Donald Duart Maclean, with whom Angleton would have been acquainted from his ties to MI5 and whom Philby, in his capacity as counter-intelligence lead for the British embassy in Washington, DC, assisted in escaping capture by the Americans and British by facilitating Maclean's defection to the USSR. It is likely that Angleton came to suspect Philby's allegiances in this period, even as the two maintained a regular lunch date. Maclean's espionage and defection effectively ended Philby's regular career in MI6 just as he was thought to be in line to become its director.



"The efforts of Angleton and his CI staff also led to the discovery of a Soviet mole in the National Security Agency in the person of Jack Dunlap. Some alleged that Angleton orchestrated Dunlap's death.



"Dunlap, an employee of the NSA, was found dead of carbon monoxide poisoning in an apparent suicide. He also was a Soviet penetration agent, who had concealed in the attic of his house a treasure trove of sealed packets of classified NSA documents bearing on its most secret deciphering and interception operation. There were many reasons why it would have been inconvenient to arrest and try Jack Dunlap. For one thing, he was a liaison with "Staff D" in the CIA, and could expose areas of CIA-NSA cooperation in domestic interceptions that might be deemed illegal.



"Beginning in 1951 Angleton was responsible for cooperation with Israel's Mossad and Shin Bet agencies, a relationship he managed closely for virtually the remainder of his career. It has been claimed that, in this capacity, Angleton directed CIA assistance to the Israeli nuclear weapons program.



"In 1954 Allen Dulles, who had recently become Director of Central Intelligence, named Angleton head of the Counterintelligence Staff, a position he retained for the rest of his CIA career. Dulles also assigned him responsibility for coordination with allied intelligence services.



"He came to public attention in the United States when the Church Commission, formally known as the Senate Select Committee to Study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities), following up on the Warren Commission, probed the CIA for information about the Kennedy assassination. The Nosenko episode does not appear to have shaken Angleton's faith in Golitsyn, although Helms and J. Edgar Hoover took the contrary position. Hoover's objections are said to have been so vehement as to curtail severely counterintelligence cooperation between the FBI and CIA for the remainder of Hoover's service as the FBI's director.



"As Golitsyn helped Angleton identify sections within the Soviet Russian Division that were leaking information to the Soviets, Angleton pressed Golitsyn on the KGB technique and strategy for planting information at the CIA. Golitsyn's indication was that the KGB was orchestrating a larger campaign to understand how the CIA analyzed information, supporting a larger goal of a capability to manipulate the CIA unwittingly to assist the KGB in their objectives.

Former Oregon Prosecutor Claims Americans Need To Fight Judicial Corruption Or Freedom Will Turn Into Slavery
Roger Weidner, a former attorney disbarred in 1997 for seeking the truth, has been jailed more than 19 times and illegally placed in a mental institution for wanting to expose judicial corruption.

Roger Weidner, a former Oregon state prosecutor, claims America is making a steady transition from freedom to slavery, saying fighting judicial corruption is one way to return to a Constitutional form of government before it's too late.



And for more than 20 years, Weidner, 67, disbarred in 1997 from the practice of law in Oregon for trying to fight the corrupt system, has been asking one important question every single blacked-robed jurist has failed to answer:



"Your honor, is this a court of due process as prescribed by the U.S. Constitution!"



Almost like clockwork, Weidner says each judge refuses to answer, knowing the leading question opens up a judicial can of worms and court-guarded secret since the system, through legal technicalities, has become a biased administrative arm of the government set up to take away citizen rights not protect them.



"The constitutional rights, guaranteed to the citizen by the sworn pledge of our publicly elected magistrates, have been shamelessly and treacherously stripped from the citizens of this great land by an arrogant and abusive judiciary," said Weidner this week on Greg Szymanski's popular radio show, The Investigative Journal.



"This judiciary has made our courts "safe havens" for thieves and a house of horrors for innocent citizens seeking to recover what has been wrongfully taken from them."



A former member of the 101st Airborne Division before graduating from Lewis and Clarke Law School, Weidner's fight against corruption began 18 years ago after he struggled to return the now-valued $100 million Kettleberg estate to its rightful beneficiary after it had been wrongly seized by an unscrupulous but well-connected attorney.



And for trying to get justice for his client, Weidner was repeatedly arrested, imprisoned, confined to an insane asylum, and finally disbarred. His story, as told to H. Hammond in a book called "The Weidner Method," is a real life testament to how the judiciary has usurped the law while replacing constitutional guarantees with a system in which judges rule by decree.



After fighting judicial corruption on every level in the 18 years since his "eyes were opened" in the Kettleberg case, Weidner has been jailed more than 19 times, including 70 days in a psychiatric institution for simply speaking out in courtrooms demanding judicial accountability.



"My overall goal is to restore Constitutional government to the people of Oregon and the people of the United States," said Weidner. "It's really very simple if people want to take back their country, they have to take back their court houses and this means descending on these corrupt judges by in a group revolt."

Speaking from the heart and trying to emphasize there is no hope of taking back America if there exists no place to obtain a redress of grievances, he added:



"It is my hope that Americans in every county in the country will converge upon their courthouses and use The Weidner Method to fight any kind of case. Throughout my 20 years of research about government corruption, The Weidner Method is the first solution I have ever encountered. If nothing else, it will expose duplicity and make the entire community aware of it, a necessary first step.



"The government should be restructured from the bottom up in cells of 10 families as described in the writings of Kelly Hoskins, author of the Hoskins Report. Senators should again be elected by state legislatures, illegal aliens should be incarcerated, deported and the borders sealed, no more foreign aid, fractional reserve banking should be outlawed, debtfree money should be issued by the Congress, solar technology, which was running factories 100 years ago, should be unsuppressed, natural healing should be unsuppressed, the truth should be unsuppressed, return of the media to the private sector-all of these and countless other issues can be addressed in the courtroom using The Weidner Method.



"According to history, when a nation is in transition from one form of government to a different type of government, as we are now making the transition from freedom to enslavement, there is a point in the struggle, a section of time, during which it could go either way. I believe we are presently teetering on that brink."



The method he has used for more than 20 years to help stop judicial corruption is outlined in his book and the major steps to follow, according to Weidner, are as follows:



Ask for permission to video the proceedings.



Use the Freedom Of Information Act to get your records. Anything with your name or your child's name on it belongs to you. (Gaston)



Bring crowds into the courtroom, the bigger the better.



Prep the crowd out in the corridor both to intimidate the guards and to focus the crowd's attention. Tell your supporters that when the judge tries to shut you down they should all say together, "Let him speak! Let him speak!" Remind everyone to pay attention in the courtroom. When they pay attention the guards back off. When they are distracted the guards move in.



Speak to the guards and police officers standing around. "Your guards know what's going on. These judges, attorneys and state agents are kidnapping these children, rigging elections." whatever your case is about.



Do not stand up for the judge if you know he is corrupt. Remain seated when he enters if you want to show that you know he is corrupt. Or, remain standing until he enters if you want to avoid making a show of respect.



Bring binoculars, opera glasses or telescopes into the courtroom to aim at the officers of the court for closer scrutiny, if possible. It intimidates them. (Editor)



Mentally discipline yourself not to think or react emotionally.



Make the record in the courtroom.



Stand up together as a group when the guards enter in a threatening manner. If the guards are threatening get their names.



Even if you lose, you win, because you are exposing the corruption. Exposure of their corruption and the rising up of the people is the only thing they fear.



Get your tapes of the proceedings from the clerk right away before you leave the courtroom so they won't be edited. (Gaston)



The worse that it is in the courtroom the better that it is because the story goes into the paper and people find out how horrible it was.



Every time a judge dismisses a case and you appeal it, file compulsory process into the Supreme Court and add his name to your racketeering complaint.



Publish the stories in the newspaper and in any other form of media possible.



Spread those papers around to every state office, every judge, attorney and govt. employee and the surrounding community to frighten the public officials and heighten public awareness. Don't forget the police and the courthouse guards.



Issue as many subpoenas as possible as often as possible. It makes them nervous.



Confront and loudly point out the crooks wherever and whenever you see them.



Do not hire an attorney. Be your own lawyer.



Don't give up. Be prepared for a long struggle. Once you begin you must keep the pressure on.



In brief, file a complaint, put it in the newspaper, come into court and make the record, prepare an affidavit, wait the 30 days, then come into the court and move for Summary Judgment.



Weidner is best known for helping Will and Pamela Gaston in their struggle to bring justice to Melissa Gaston, daughter of Will Gaston, who has been repeatedly abused by SOSCF officials, and others involved with her involuntary incarceration in the Oregon foster care system and adoption program.



"I am at war with this corruption", said Weidner. "As a lawyer and historian I am acutely aware that under our constitutional form of government the citizens are the sovereign political authority in this state and country.



"According to the Oregon Constitution and the U.S. Constitution before anything of value can be taken, by the courts in this state and county, from a sovereign citizen that citizen must be afforded "equal protection of law" and "due process of law." Due process being a fair hearing with an impartial judge."



Explaining the importance of following the impartial guidelinbes of the U.S. Constitution, he added:



"All individuals working for the government whether federal, state, or local, are public employees. If these employees are elected or given discretionary authority they are "public officials" who by law must take an oath of office to uphold and defend the state and federal constitution rights of the citizens of Oregon and the United States. Article 1 Sec. 1 of the Oregon Constitution provides: "We declare that all men, when they form a social compact are equal in right: that all power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their peace, safety, and happiness; and they have at all times a right to alter, reform, or abolish the government in such manner as they may think proper."



"Article 1 Sec. 10 of the Oregon Constitution provides: "No court shall be secret, but justice shall be administered, openly and without purchase, completely and without delay, and every man shall have remedy by due course of law for injury done him in his person, property or reputation." The 5th Amendment to the US Constitution provides: "No person shall?be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law?" The l4th Amendment to the US Constitution provides: "?No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law: nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
